~Good Today~ :-)

We didnt get near what they said, many did though...

I'm almost afraid to say it, but I feel really good

today. I don't really ache and the sore spot is not

screaming at me.. and I can sit fairly normal.. This

is GOOD~!~ I hope this isnt the eye of the storm,

like I said quite a few days back when I felt pretty

good just to be set back again.. So I'm NOT doing

anything more than what I have been just so this

good doesn't go away! :-)

At 10:30 this morning the temperature was 7degrees.

with a wind chill of 12 BELOW zero. COA called and

said there were no deliveries today.. I called and told

Penny not to come.. There wasn't really anything to do

today so why have her make the drive. She promised

to be here tomorrow. It is so bitterly cold, but we are

nice and warm. The boys go up on the top shelf of my

closet where they each have a special thing they lay

on, so they are nice and warm... and me, I do have a

sweater on but that's only because of my shoulders

get cold very easily, I have arthritis thru my arms

and across both shoulders... why they ache a lot..

They have really been aching a lot lately but Ive been

using them more since I have this hard way to sit. I
use my arms on the arm rests and try to keep some

of my weight on them where all my weight isnt on my

butt.. :-) This kind of problem is common for some

one like me that has to sit all the time.. At least I

can feel when I have a bad spot, those that are

paralyzed cant feel any pain which makes it more

of a problem for them... chair life is NOT fun....

Donnie phoned last night and apparently his furnace

is on the Fritz... He says he will have to use the fire

place until he can get the guy out there to fix it.. With

the temperatures this low and no one there to keep

a fire going he could be in trouble with his pipes freezing.

That would not be good.. He said the man should be

there today. I hope so cuz John is gone and so he cant

keep a fire going ... and I know his cat cant do that

either ! :-)

I am going to make some chili today. Keep your fingers

crossed that today is a good kitchen day.. :-) Ive not

ventured into any kind of cooking mode out there as

I didn't want to have any kind or re occurrence like

last time :-) Today would be a good day for it, Penny

got all the fixin's at the store yesterday..

I say "Thank You Lord!" for making me feel better

today and this GORGEOUS WEEBLE says to y'all
