~Busy Monday~ :-)

Even the birds like cat food ! :-)

I'm late today but Penny and I have been busy.. We are trying to

make my bed firmer, softer and better for my tail bone.. She put

a quilt down on top one already there, then put my sheepskin, I

call it..and then put another comforter on top of that.. I am hoping

this will help.. I can .. Penny can too.. we can feel springs thru

the top of the mattress.. that's not really good.. I'm hoping this

extra bedding will help.. I'm gonna give it a good try out in a

little while after Penny leaves...
Its a really nice sunny day today, but I'm still tired.. and I got a

call from Travis.. setting up a meet for next Tuesday.. He made

the effort to get in touch with Visiting Physicans for me and I

have NOT followed through.. I just HATE going to the Dr when

I really DONT feel bad.. I have problems .. I admit..but..well I

don't feel they are Dr worthy.. :-) Getting refils for meds .. yes..

But I still have to see a Dr to get them.. SO ... I promised him

AND Penny, she worries too.. that TOMORROW I WILL call

them and try to make an appointment.. From what Travis says

I, now being on medicare and caid, that I'm eligible again..And

I much prefer THEM coming to me.. Travis understands this..
To some its hard to explain WHY exactly I don't like going out

in public.. and its NOTHING to do with my no legs ... It started

LONG time ago..and over the years has built up I guess so

that now I DONT want to go.. I am content here.. I LIKE going..

but.. Well.. I like NOT going too.. :-) So anyhoway..the Dr visit

thing hopefully will be fixed tomorrow.. :-)


We are having Cornish hens with cornbread dressing today..

Penny got here this morning telling me about the roast chicken

she had yesterday with all the trimmings and that sure sounded

good..so..Mine aint chicken but you wouldn't know that.. Cornish

hens are good.. THen the left overs I will give to the outside

kids.. They come every morning waiting to see what I will give

them IF it hasnt been put out yet...

Anyhoway.. I'm hungry and we still have a few things yet to do

before Penny goes to her next client at 12:30.. she goes to

help them when she leaves here...Then she goes home to go

to work THERE ! she has 5 grown men to feed there :-) Plus

do all her housework :-) She stays busy.. :-)

Time to post and finish up.. This GORGEOUS WEEBLE is

ready to eat.. Penny is too I think :-) So.. reminder time !!
