~Mark Has Gone~

Mark has left to go to his dad's in Arizona.. I think

its a better place to find a job. Plus I think his dad

is in a better position to help Mark finding a job or

what ever, moreso than I am. I hope he can get a job

and a more stable future.. I enjoyed his visit and I was

glad to meet him and get to know him a little. He has

a lovely family and a sweet little boy... I do hope all

turns out well for them all...

Penny came today and we are all clean and straightened

up ready to face another week.. I hope this week wont

be as hectic or with any drama.. I do not handle drama

very well.. Rebecca phoned and she will be here at 11:30.

This is an unscheduled visit but she feels the need

to come by to see me..Travis comes tomorrow and

he and I have lots to discuss as well. I have to get

back on an even keel again like it was before. It

wont be that hard except for the fact that my stress

level has reached its limit and I need time to re adjust

again.. I cannot afford another heart attack and this

week end I hate to say I have had to take 2 nitros..

Which is not good.. But things will calm down again..

Just will take time..

The leaves are covering the ground outside it looks

sometimes like its snowing leaves.. Its so pretty out

there and only going to get more beautiful.. My sis

usually makes a trip up North to see the leaves. Its

so nice, Whats so amazing is how every tree has its

own color the white birches are so pretty they turn

yellow and gold.. The maples turn the shade of

orange, its all so nice. I missed that when I lived in

Texas. I did like it there but well Texas weather

and the beauty cant compare, even though I really

did LOVE Galveston... I spent many great weekends

there fishing..

I havent had much of an appetite the past few days

and with this new higher dose of Thyroid, they did

increase the dose to .2 it says I have to eat either

1 hour before taking this new pill or wait till 2 hrs

after eating to take it.. So I will try to eat some

thing today probly my fries n'gravy, they always

seem to sooth me when I get upset or stressed

out..

I have nothing planned for the rest of the day

and Rebecca has been here already, that's why

this is a tad later.. She will be back again tomorrow

however just to check on me...she has business up

here too so she is just stopping by.. Post time

and for this GORGEOUS WEEBLE warning of "I

SHALL return" :-)
