~Something's Changed!~ :-)

This is a test..Look close at that photo..notice ALL that is in it.
See kitties..desk, lamp, chair..wall stuff.. Then I want you to
look at the next photo and tell me what is different.. Its easy
to spot..ok..scroll down...
Now, whats different? See that the CHAIR IS GONE~!!!!
That there you see... is.... my SEWING MACHINE!!!!.. I am
SO glad to see it there.. Plus its putting more heat in here,
see the register under the desk? Looky at the boy..hes not
sure if he likes the chair being gone.. They laid up there a lot
on the back of it.. They were all over the top of that thing
before I put some of the stuff on it.. do you see whats out of
kilter though? I didn't notice till just now.. look at that tippy
lamp shade, that doesn't look too good now does it? I just
now as I see it..its crooked..so when I post this that's the
next thing im doing is going over there and fix that and re
do the top of my desk and that machine.. I don't want a lot
on it.. then that's a pain in the patootie having to move it
every time I use it.. hmmm.. I have a tray, brass, mirrored,
that might look nice there, I have it in my bedroom now, and
the lamp in there is sitting in it which being a mirror, puts
the shadows on the ceiling which are NOT good for the boy.
I don't turn the light on over there anyway, well I cant now
cuz you see underneath..two things are already plugged
in there, my speakers and the sewing machine..That sure
looks a lot better over there I think..

Pennys boyfriend Eddy came and they moved the chair out
and he took it home or over to Pennys, I don't know as long
as its not here.. watch now that I just got rid of it someone
will call and offer to buy it..I wouldn't be a bit surprised that's
usually how it goes..My sister said she might be able to get
a file cabinet for me from where she used to work..well their
old company, that they may be getting new ones..she will
let me know.. I hope so..that will make such a big difference
in here.. This little bench here by the window goes to the
sewing machine..but I think I am going to get one of my
folding chairs and open it and put it under the desk, then if
I need to and it works I can use it to sew..it may work better
than staying in this wheelchair.. I will figure a way.. I am SO
anxious to sew.. I have some quilts for the baby all ready to
sew.. I was going to make a quillow for Kelli for Christmas,
but I don't know if I will have time to get any material, if that
hadent gotten ruined what I have down the basement I would
have MORE than enough to make anything I want..

I got the Angel Food delivered today..its really good stuff and
for what I pay ..25 dollars I bet you get at least 50 dollars worth
of food.. and its not off the wall brands, its all good and the
meat is wonderful.. Ive tried the chicken and the steaks and
chops..and all were really good..The 2 D's like it as I always
share with them... I still have NO idea what to get them for
Christmas.. I had thought of a really good knife sharpener for
Donnie..he loves to barbeque and cook..and there is nothing
worse than a dull knife..want to see me get mad quick.is trying
to slice or cut something and my knife is dull;... I get SO frustrated.
I got mad once when I had this old knife I tried every thing to
sharpen it..and nothing worked..so I threw it in the trash, David
got it out.. took out his wetstone and sharpened it to razor sharp..
then.. well of course, I cut myself on it :-) I did NOT care tho..I
really knew THEN my knife was sharp :-)

Im having some of my left over chicken stuff..my catchy chicken ..
sounds good :-) I still didn't look up how to spell that catchtorry
spelling .. so this works..its really good too..I think its the chicken
too as its breaded and seasoned already..and I think what ever
the spices are add to the good flavor.. I got some chicken fajitas,
already cooked it says.. I have NO idea how to use that stuff..so
I think I may give it to Kelli, Jorge is a good cook and Spanish so
he may know how to cook that, If its spicey hot..I wouldn't be able
to eat it anyway..Hot spicey ..in FOOD, doesn't work at all for me.
I was up at 4 again..but I was out like a light I know by 6 last nite.
I woke up once and the draft from that window right next to me ,
my hands not under the covers were freezing.. I need to get some
thing over that window..just the mini blinds arent enough. Penny
looked for a bracket to put the curtains back up and couldn't find
one.. Even the lace ones would be better than nothing up there..

Time to get out of this chair..and watch some TV hopefully, Im
tired and hungry and im glad im snug and warm..and that 8 to
12 inches of snow we are going to get to day and tomorrow ,,
I DO NOT care.. We will watch it thru the window..
"Nitey Nite" :-)

Y'all have a good one now, Y'hear? Love ya, and thanks :-)
Always, Lois ****

God Bless you, is my prayer today,
I'm so honored to call you "friend";
I pray the Lord will keep you safe,
Until I write again.....

Lois so happy for you, love seeing the sewing there in place of a chair...and it leave you more room to get around too.
We didn't get much of the snow, that made me happy.

I am glad you are getting a little more heat. My heat bill in just my house is over $350 a month. For the Eurocentric crowd - that is about 250 euros. We keep the thermostat at 20C or 68F. So far, the whole place (both houses are surviving). I get lots of meals on wheels - they can be made better with spices and sauces.

I am SO pleased that you have your sewing machine plugged in and ready to rock and roll. You will get so much pleasure from it - just like I do. So come on - get sewing and show me what you can do. I have no time at the moment for anything - we have just done our Community Play "The Nativity" and I have sung myself silly - three nights and the Church was packed every performance. Tonight we have a combined Carol service. By combined I mean all the three Churches in our village - Anglican, Methodist & Baptist. Tonight we are in the Baptist Church which is great because it has the best organ and the best heating system!
    I love singing Carols :)
    Love Julie x
