~The Boy Made It~ :-)

Donnie made it here yesterday and he took his

meat pie, some corn cobs for the squirrels and

treats for kitty :-) I guess hes spoiled.. :-) I called

this morning to inquire as to how the meat pie

was and did kitty like her treats.. The cat loved

them and he said ALL of the meat pie is GONE!
And, it was delicious.. :-) He said he has baby

squirrels the corn is for them! :-) Bet theyre cute!


Donnies brother John, his son Ben and girlfriend

are there for a couple days, then going on to

Racine, then will be back in a week or so and then

head back to North or South Carolina, one of them.

That's where Ben lives... I havent seen that kid

since he was about maybe 8 or so.. Hes 21 now..and

has a ex wife and baby already.. Where has the

time gone.. Anyway they ALL loved the meat pie, so

Penny will be pleased :-)

Today I have nothing planned again...as usual.. :-)

I enjoy days when the only thing I HAVE to do is

write this blog... And that's easy :-) I always have

some thing to say about something :-)

Before Kelli got here Saturday I had changed tops..

I got my black sweater set out, put my arm thru the

sleeve and felt something in there.. :-( I was kinda

leary of pulling it out.. I couldn't imagine what it was,

it felt soft.. but I still imagined something ugly :-) I

reached in and pulled it out.. guess what it was? You

will NEVER guess... A SOCK!!! the kind people with

feet wear? :-) Its a gray and black stripe sock.. I

know it wasn't Pennys, which meant I havent worn

this sweater since Mark was here.. It HAD to be

his.. I wrote and asked.. it is.. :-) Kinda took me off

guard for a minute tho.. :-) I told Kelli about it.. she

said... "that happens to me a lot too.." I looked at her

and didn't say anything.. she sat for a 2nd.. and then

kinda looked confused.. said.."Gran.. where'd the

sock COME from??" :-) I told her I wasn't sure,

but it had to be Marks ... I havent owned a pair of

socks in 8 years! :-) Gave us a laugh... :-)

As I am writing , well typing this, I have a cat that

has crawled into my lap and is sitting on my left

arm.. Hes rubbing his face all over mine.. :-) Then

he gets up and makes a few turns around the

monitor then crawls back into my lap :-) I think

Dutch is trying to tell me something.. I am trying

to ignore him, so now hes trying to slap everything

off my desk.. Kids.. :-) When they want attention

they let me know.. :-)

Not much news other than that I'm just counting the

days till Wednesday.. I have no idea what time I was

born so I don't know when I legally turn 65... I don't

feel any older, in fact I feel better than I have in a

while.. I hope I stay this way too :-)

Post time, then food time.. This GORGEOUS WEEBLE

is done for today, plus I have to pick up all this stuff

this cat has knocked down!! :-) Time to go, but I
SHALL Return!! :-)
