~The Mad Woodpecker~ :-)

I got a great video, sent to me yesterday of a

super mad woodpecker.. Not exactly like the

ones I see but I wish you could see this video..

Its on you tube... When I saw my woodpecker

outside this morning, as you see, I DID get a

nice photo of him.. Only took 3 tries and a few

choice words and I finally got a snapshot :-) !

But it reminded me of the woodpecker on that

video.. Some birdwatchers spotted him just

hammering away at this hole.. I figgured he was

making a new one as there was one just below

it.. :-) Wrong!


After watching this mad as could be woodpecker,

well, he was hitting that so hard he would almost

bounce up in the air.!. It was amazing.!. When all

of a sudden theres a HUGE GREEN SNAKE ! It

jumps out of that hole, grabs that bird and you

can hear the guy in the boat saying "DONT move

the boat".. He said what kind of snake but I was

so amazed at watching that snake and the bird,

I wasn't paying close attention...The fight was ON!

The snake grabbed that bird by the neck, and

the bird kept hammering away at the snake..

The snake would let go, the bird would fly to

another spot to keep pecking away at the snake!

They fought for quite awhile.. It was really

amazing to watch that.. Look for it on you tube..

Its worth the watch.. Only bad thing is.. it didn't

show who won.. I think that snake gave up.. unless

it killed that bird, the bird would not give up,

I don't think.. I kinda thought it might have been

the woodies nest.. I hope it wasn't and that snake

ate his babies.. well HER babies.. Hmmmmm.. that

would explain the fierceness of that bird and its

determination to get that snake no matter what!]

Its a great video.. watch it if you can... :-)

I have not one thing planned for today other than

to find out when the super bowl is on.. I dunno

what time, I'll look online.. I lived in Indiana for

many years, Elkhart, so I have to back the Colts.

If theyre in the super bowl they must be pretty

good.. I always have been a Packer Backer, they

are my team.. I was hoping they would go to the

super bowl.. but everyone has to have a go at it.

The colors of the saints is almost the same as

my school colors, gold and black...good combination.

One team has awful colors that I don't even like

to watch them at all.. I think the Browns.. The

orange and brown colors.. not my colors.. Packers

are green and yellow.. good combination... :-)
Anyway.......

I'm gonna close this for today and look up the

time and station.. Sposta be some pretty neat

commercials during the game.. Myself, I don't

think ANY commercial is good but I will admit

some are funny... :-) A good laugh is always good

for you.. that's why I think one of my favorite

TV shows is Americas funniest home video show..

I really enjoy that one :-)

Post time and for this GORGEOUS WEEBLE to

get some lunch...But remember.. "I shall return!"
