~Caught that squirrel ~ :-)

Look at my birdfeeder..3 guesses who the culprit is..

The brown squirrel..the black had part in it but this guy

was the instigator... He pushed that thing over like it was

nothing..he wanted that seed, and that's all there was to it!

Dutch and I watched this guy for over an hour ..he would

dig at the food, try to push the container out of the way,

dig some more then jump up and run up to the top of the

fence..sit for a while..then run back down and start all over.

Hes got to be a strong squirrel to maneuver it the way he

did..
He tore the top off you see it over on the left..he had seeds

everywhere! Poor Penny had to clean it all up today because of

them.. The black squirrel came afterwards to see what he

could get out of the mess...Hes got it up side down in that pic.

You can see the messiness all over out there from him.

You see some little spots..that's flowers from one of

the plants out there...That duct tape has got to be the

best stuff in the world :-)
Well I said I have some kinda good news.. its about my family..

My adopted family.. I was surfing the net for info on my family

name which is Woodworth... I came up with a site about a man

that wrote the song "The Little Oaken Bucket" well apparently

the man was my great grandfather.. Samuel... Amazing hey? I

read the site and saw they have a yahoo group..so naturally I

joined it.. Ive met some very nice people and I have shared my

family tree with them...Its MOST interesting and very detailed..

Knowing my grandfather you would know why it is so factual ..

He was a very smart man and very respected in the community.

He was very well educated and according to this tree my family

came over on a boat back in the 1600..

They settled a colony in Massachusetts, boy that's a hard name

to spell..:-) and some migrated to lower Michigan by the Grand

Rapids area and supposedly there should still be a family farm

there that is now a historical site... I would LOVE to go there..
I know also that my grandparents are buried in a family plot

there so that tells me there may be more family there as well

which would be so interesting to see... I need a vacation so

badly and a trip to Grand Rapids might be a fun thing! Its not

but perhaps an hour north of me.. so its do able! I may ask

Rebecca to go..shes volunteered to go to the casino with me!.

With the gas the price it is I doubt if we will be going any

time soon.. I sure would like to have a holiday tho...

Penny came today and we got some chicken wire I call it, for

the morning glories to climb on..She has to go out there each

time she comes and push them back through the fence.. So I

called home depot and they had this stuff, they call it poultry

wire.. I have NO idea why..but I thought it would work good

for them.. I told her to wait till Wednesday in case the boy

comes over HE can put it up for me.. She wouldn't mind but

she does so much now that's a little beyond the call of duty

I would say... But we got clean and the boy pouted and cried

for an hour at the door after she left, he loves her.. and

she spoils these 2 something awful..they love it tho..

So its that time again for this day.. I don't know where the

time is going..does it seem to be flying for you too? I saw

the time a bit ago thinking it was about noon .. HA! look

at the time this posted..after 2! :-)...But its time.. I have

some more research I want to do today and I have a few

emails to send too.. You know whats next...my sincere
