~Great Delivery~ :-)

Penny came today and I was glad, it was time for the

garbage to go out.. We are all clean and neat again..

Carla from COA had phoned me a few I think about 2

weeks ago about the veggies.. I had totally spaced it

out. When Chris brought lunch about 1:30 she was

carrying about 6 brown grocery bags of them ! I

opened each bag to find, zuchinni, huge onions, a bag

of new potatoes, a container of tomatoes! AND one

full of some of the sweetest blueberries Ive tasted

in a long time.. Some were as big as my thumb! And

DELICIOUS ! :-) Guess what was in the last bag?
CORN on the COB! :-) What a delivery!!! :-) I AM

most grateful, but I do wish ONE of the tomatoes

was a green one.. I will most certainly enjoy this :-)

I want you to know, my boy is a celebrity as of yesterday!

Did y'all see the Pres here in Elkhart, IN? Well Obama

shook Donnies hand and even spoke to him, about was he

glad to be back to work and are things looking better for

him now, Donnie said it was pretty neat ! Was ALL over

the news! The ONE day I don't watch and they boy is on.

I'm sure they will have it on today too. Donnie was quite

excited. I guess the Pres visited Monaco again. He did

before too but didn't meet Donnie :-) And Donnie is a

great model for the hard working man.. cuz he is just

that..Besides being a nice guy... :-)

This area here around the high school is just buzzing

with people but by the time I get my camera on and

the flash off, they've moved on.. For some reason ,

they don't have their yard sale open next door. Ive

seen a lot of cars go by and Penny said lots of houses

in the neighborhood are having yard sales.. She is

trying to find out when and IF there are going to be

fireworks.. Says yes, but doesn't say WHEN.. I know

I will hear them, but Penny would like to come up and

see them too.. I hope they do...

I need to get busy and get this quilt finished before

Chris has that baby.. I gave her the little blue booties

that Penny made for her.. she really liked them.. I don't

have a lot to do on the quilt but my arms and hands get

to hurting so bad I have to stop.. I wrote out all my bills

this morning and by the time I paid everything, not only

was my check book hurting but my hands and arms were

killing me :-)

Update on my nephew: hes still in ICU, holding his own,

PLEASE continue to pray for him.. :-) He is NOT out of

the woods YET.. :-)
