~I Put Stuff Off~

I know I'm not the ONLY one does this, but I am

finding that more and more I put stuff off that I

want to do.. Like move stuff or even to making this

baby quilt.. I STILL have this spare desk here in

the living room and have NOT decided YET what I

want to do with it much less where I should put it.

So... there it still sits, LB likes it cuz he can get up

on top of that one, nothing is up there, they KNOW

they are NOT allowed on top this one. Even though

once in a while if they see something they will take

their lives in their hands, ok paws, and jump up on

there. I'm bad enough knocking stuff off when I

run into it, I don't need help :-) But I need to decide

what I want to do with this desk so I can get this

living room the way I want it. THEN its my bedroom.

I am NOT really keen on how it is either.
As time goes by I am finding I still have that same

problem of sitting up when I get up... My chair is

too far away for me to reach it to pull my self up..

I need a belt maybe that I can put on the arm of

my chair when I get out of it at night that I can

have up by me so all I have to do is use that for

leverage. It takes me sometimes 2 or 3 tries to

sit up.. :-) Its not easy doing sit ups when you

first open your eyes and there are other more

important bodily functions that need attention,

ya know? And 2 or 3 times to try to get up, fall

back , and doing this.. trust me.. it is NOT easy :-)
I think I may make a strap with Velcro on the end

so I can wrap it around, that stuff would hold I bet.

I got a polar fleece blanket that came with one on

it and I bet that would work, I just have to find it.

Penny and I have fun with that.. I tell her to put

something away and then she doesn't remember, I

put something away and I lose it too.. Right now we

are searching for a gold fork we had here in the

kitchen on the bakers rack. she or I put it some

where and we have looked for the past 3 weeks

for it.. and its no where to be found.. I wonder if

my teeth stealin ghost moved with us? We cant

find the fork.. I KNOW it will be in the last place

we look, we just havent found the last place YET :-)

Looky the sunflowers.. I looked out there this morning

and saw the yellow starting and it made me smile.. My

first thought was of how much the birds will like them

when they turn to seed. I hope that cardinal likes them.

They must be the dwarf kind I read about, which I did

not know they had, the kind my mom grew or the ones

on the sunflower farms are the kind that grow to 6 foot

if not more.. The flower heads on those were huge and

VERY heavy. These will be so pretty and then I'm hoping

the ones over by the hummer feeder will do the same

thing even though they got a late start.. The honeysuckle

is just beautiful again... :-) The smell is wonderful..

I cooked 2 ears of corn yesterday and cut up one of those

fresh tomatoes.. It was so good.. The corn was so sweet.
Some of the kernels were white. I have 2 more left and

may cook them today, I don't know cuz Id like to fry up

that zuchinni into slices too.. Theyre more work than the

corn.. Have to cut, dip into the egg, then the bread crumbs

then fry them. My thumb gets so sore, the left one when
I use it a lot.. I don't dare hold a full cup of coffee with

it. I found that something cold against it when that thumb

aches seems to help.. When it hurts too much I get some

thing out of the freezer to hold against it.. Works for

me.. takes SOME of the ache away...

Well. my other aches are hunger pangs :-) pings :-) or what

ever you call them.. I'm hungry I didn't have toast this

morning...so I could use a bite to eat, and I may do the

zuchinni since my thumb isnt aching too badly.. Time to post

and put my GORGEOUS WEEBLE "I'll be back! :-)
