~Snow, Snow, Snow~

Yesterday Morning ^
This morning....My snow depth gauge :-)
According to the weather on TV, we got 8 inches

of snow.. The guy came yesterday and plowed! I

was most pleased to see that.. BUT.. it didn't do

any good.. Its BACKKKK :-) Joys of winter :-)
plowed yesterday....

Its really windy out as well.. said could get up

to 35 mph.. which would really make it cold.. I

noticed that my furnace is steady going.. I sure

dread seeing NEXT months gas bill. I have a

feeling I will be redoing my budget again next

month.. :-(
I watched the birds this morning while I had

my coffee and they all paid a visit to that bird

bath out there.. The snow was just too deep

for some of them.. The doves hate the deep

snow.. Ive not seen them up on the stand or

in the birdbath before.. but they were up

there today.

Penny didn't show up today, from what she said

when she phoned they havent plowed 3 Rivers

like they have here... So she said she will come

tomorrow instead...which is ok ... Carl came over

and plowed, no.. snow blowed us out.. I wish he

had done the front too. Penny will have to do it

tomorrow so she can get my mail.
The woodpecker is on the stand..... over in the bath is the bluejay!

Other than watch it snow I am gonna work

on the aprons today.. I got lazy yesterday and

didn't do too much of anything.. I did take a

nap which was NOT a good thing.. I couldn't help

it tho. I was watching TV and dozed off.. I felt

myself move and that woke me up.. I was in my

chair.. so good thing I moved. I wouldn't have fallen

to the floor, I had my tray table that I keep by

the bed in front of me.. so all I would have gotten

had I gone forward was a knot on my head.. :-)
Cardinal and the Dove...

I don't know whats on the menu for today.. When

I talked to the COA lunch girl yesterday she said

they may not deliver today, but from what I see

out there now, I kinda think they will deliver...

Usually she gets here between 1 and 2.. Kinda late

for lunch for me, but better late than never ! :-)

I ate all my porkies yesterday.. They were just

extra good this time. I have a nice beef roast in

the fridge I may put that in the oven.. Its easy

and fast.. I put it in the roaster, thick slices of

onion all over it.. and a package of gravy mix

all dissolved and mixed up..pour that over it..

salt and pepper .. lid on.. 2 hrs, slow cookin.. MMM

some good stuff ! Ive found McCormicks to be

the best gravy mix... best flavor, altho Lipton

onion soup mix is VERY good too... :-)

Health update.. I am feeling good..stumpies are ok,

cold.. but fine.. My sore spot on my tailbone is not

hurting.. so I'm good to go :-) For awhile anyway..

SO... that means its post time for this GORGEOUS
WEEBLE, and.. remember! I shall return! :-)
