~Dragonfly~

I havent seen a dragonfly in I don't

know how long and not one like that.

He was here yesterday and is back

out there now. I wish I knew what

they ate, Id feed him just so he will

keep coming here, hes so pretty.
If you look close you can even see the

lines or veins or whatever they are in

his transparent wings. I sure enjoyed

seeing him. I hope he keeps coming by.
A lot of the birds that usually come by

havent been.. The bluejays ive not seen

in ages, maybe they go somewhere cooler

they don't seem to mind the cold winter.

I hear a wood pecker out there but have

not seen him at all..
The male cardinal stops by now and then,

the female comes by more than he does.

I got that nice photo of her in flight. Of

course the sparrows are always here, I

bait them with bread so I can take pictures;

they don't seem to mind :-)
I found out what is wrong with my hanging

plant out there. The birds wont stay out of

it! I think the food and corn falls from up

on the post and into the plant, so they see

it and get IN it not caring if they tear up my

plant. Stinkers :-)

My sunflowers are doing really good and

the one has a bud on it, which means the

goldfinches will be back. The Michigan

Audubon Society may not think my bird

photos are good enough for them , but

I think I do pretty good.
Its a scorcher today almost 90 and my

ac is going full blast. TV says chance

of rain tomorrow, I hope not, even tho

my grass sure needs it, but Donnie said

he would build my deck tomorrow, he

cant if its raining!

I'm hungry and need food, this GORGEOUS

WEEBLE slept awful last night, I was up

most of it so I might take a 5, then again,

maybe not, just so I sleep tonite! I have

more problems :-) Time to post, keep well
