~I'm Glad~

I got some of the nicest comments on my story I put here last nite.. I am SO glad you liked it.. It was true.. I swear..I watched that guy stand there and CALL the FISH!!! I laughed so hard.. He believed THAT- before he would even listen to how I fish differently and why I catch fish..It was so funny...If I ever see him again I WILL ask him lol... I have alot of stories about our rides and fishing trips..We did have a good time. Seems like another lifetime tho... I was raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan..Up there is nothing but National Forest and lakes, and rivers..Just wonderful country IF you like the outdoors, you will never be bored summer or winter...I learned to fish when I was very young I watched alot.. all the men in the family were fishermen...it was big competition, my dad's huge German Brown he had mounted, was almost a county record when he caught it...He was very proud, I remember that...I will post my Lures of Life story sometime..its one of my favorites...as I can still see in my mind's eye all those great fishing picnics with my family and the great fun we had..summer or winter..Ice fishing was a biggie then just like now..Whole cities build up on the ice..Some are very elaborate. To be honest I dont really LIKE going out on the ice tho.. I get very paranoid..thinking all I see is the ice cracking under my feet..and Im standing next to a car LOL...I prefer summer fishing although many prefer to Ice fish. My ex did..he loved it..would use his car keys to check the depth of the water too..yeahh..smart hey? lol..he was lucky .. he never did tell me of any bad experience when he used his keys like that..He would NEVER live that down if he had. Donnie threatens every summer to come over and get me to take me out on his pontoon so I can fish...He says he will just pick me right up and I wont be able to give him excuses anymore.. I have NEVER been carried..I told him he would rather do something ugly and fall in it than PICK ME UP lol...I've been married 3 times and NEVER carried over the threshold lol So..I am NOT getting carried NOW ..But I would like to fish off his pontoon tho..Why I would LOVE to live on the water, even if I dont ever fish again..just to sit by it and watch how smooth a lake gets once the sun goes down and all gets quiet...A lake is like a mirror and just SO lovely ..Sunset is my very best favorite time of day..You can almost hear and feel the world slowing down. I only made ONE mess today..but it was a fairly big one..*SIGH*..I was in the kitchen of course..and I was making some toast and coffee.. I LOVE TO dunk toast in coffee lol..well I didnt pay attention- of course.-. and my tire hit the cats water bowl...ARRGHHH-- water all over....:-( I did it again.!!..BUTTTT..I backed up slowly..as I reached for a bunch of napkins , I did NOT roll through it..and I did manage to get it up without falling out of my chair too AND I DIDN'T cause a chain reaction.. I LOOKED this time...I still cant believe the other day..I have NO idea how so many movements could cause such a disaster..AND went from bad to WORSE!!! Sheesh...well THIS time..I was smart.. See? I'm learning lol... I only did ONE kinda dummy thing..but the lady at the bank was just as bad as me.. I called last month wondering where my bank statement was, I wanted to balance my checkbook.. AND I did the SAME Thing TODAY !!! I called the bank..said.."I didnt get my bank statement can you send me another? I have NO idea what I've done with it..I just cant find it anywhere", and that I felt stupid...The girl said "sure, I will put a copy in the mail today"..I thanked her and hung up.. Well 5 minutes later my phone rings..The bank lady says" The bank statements will ALL be mailed out tomorrow..I didnt see that they hadnt been sent.." I told her Well--here I thought I Hadnt gotten mine AGAIN...since it was already April...What happened to March lol...She didnt even know and was looking right at my statement..duh...she said "Im blonde ,,,lets just blame it on that".. I laffed and said "hmm,.so am I" lol...Two blondes dont make a right now do it ? :-D I woke up puny this morning but as the day wore on I felt a little better.. then as this evening is starting I can feel myself dragging..and ready to head over to that bed behind me...I think its calling me lol...No nap and I have been up all day..Ive been surfing..checking out some prices on monitors...to see where the best deal is, mine is getting really bad and I would be sick if I lost it and couldnt get on line NO NO NO..NOT a good thing..What would y'all do? !!! lol..You would miss me I know :-)...time to lay it down my friends..Im glad you like coming here and reading this you know..and then hearing from you..I really appreciate when you take the time to tell me.....Always nice to know I am NOT boring lol..never KNOW what you will read here huh?
