~Quiet Day~

I got up super early again..about 5 or so..not really sure.. I know
it was early.. I dont pay alot of attention to exact time.. I do
know I have not done anything tho.. I ve just been a lazy sort
of sleepy weeble today.. I have taken 2 naps today too and just
woke up and I DID look at the time and realize I was almost
late for THIS very important date..lol.. I think that was from
Alice in Wonderland,, that rabbit that kept sayin he was late
for a date.. and to be honest..I hate to be late..lol. I do, I say
i dont pay attention to exact time..but I do have a clock in each
room here.. and I have NO idea why.. . .

Penny and I got alot done yesterday but there are still alot
of boxes down the basement..most of them now are all my
sewing room things. I found some small projects that I had
made when I had my business and shared the patterns with
her and gave her some supplies to make some of them.. She
takes care of some ladies at an adult foster care..they are
always looking for something to keep them occupied and
give them something to do..and to make something gives them
the feel they are accomplishing something and thats a good
thing.. but then we all need to feel that..

The rate ive been going trying to get things done I dont feel
like ive gotten too much done.. I still havent gotten any kind
of confirmation or paperwork stating I have this grant..and
of course I still dont have a power chair.. and worst of all I
cannot seem to find my mistake in my checkbook..NOW ..
that.. drives me totally nutz..lol. I hate when I do that. I bet
I called the bank 3 times yesterday..those girls over there
know my voice almost when I call..but then..with a deep
voice like mine..who wouldnt remember it lol..

My voice for some reason these past few months has totally
changed..even my sis and Stanley have noticed.. I have no
idea why, I dont have a sore throat or anything..but it has
changed alot..its very deep. Every time I talk to someone I
dont know, they all say "SIR".. I get SO MAD...why do people
assume things? I try to be very polite and tell them"Please,
I am NOT a man, I am a woman,, and until you KNOW for a
fact..dont say Sir or Mam".. They all apologize..but they should
NOT assume.. I love that statement.."when you assume.. that
makes an ass of U, me.. see? lol. Lots of times it will too..lol.

I havent seen the kids..I did call and they are feeling better.Both
Dawn and Donnie suffer from sinus and allergies. I think part of
it may be a cold tho..Donnie is working 2 jobs again to try to get
garage finished.. costing him alot..but the way he has to build it
part of it will be not underground but its built into a slope..and
has to be made differently.. He did say he would stop by and
fix the brake on my chair for me tomorrow. I tried but I just
cant get the leverage I need and my thumb just refuses to hold
at all.. I cant depend on it..it is not safe. I almost dropped my
cup of coffee when I forgot and tried to carry it in here to my
desk this morning.. It refused to work..I guess its on strike.. lol.
I have a Dr. appointment on tuesday at 1, so I will check with
the Dr. about that besides the callouses on it..which do NOT
look good..one is very very sore..

Donnie comes by tomorrow, I better go and eat another one of
those blueberry doughnuts ..I know he will be drawn to that
box like Dutch is drawn to this clock.. I still cant run it.. I have
never seen anything like it.. hes madly in love with it. lol.. It
calls to him with each chime of it.. just like I think I hear those
doughnuts calling me LOL.. Nitey Nite.. :-)
