~Bang Bang Bang~

What a day. I am very glad to get my roof fixed, but the

constant pounding by 3 people above my head gives me

a raging headache. Both Kens and Chris are here working

on the roof.. From where I hear the pounding they are about

half done.. They drop something up there that hits with a

loud thud.. I think maybe one of those rolls of tarpaper or that

black stuff, what ever its called.. I can tell by the sound of the

hammering that its different people.. one when he nails I

hear " bang bang BANG!" the other is bang BANG bang..

the third is bang bang bang... not near as hard as the other

two.. Kenny when he came in to plug in their cords, I told

him to make sure that he shut the light back off when they

left.. well I got up about 1230 and the back stairs light was

on.. he forgot to shut it off.. He had to come in this morning

and said the cord didn't work that the switch was shut off.. I

reminded him that the light was left on..he said.."theres no

bulb, so nothing is burning", I disagreed, and told him there

was no bulb outside, no, but there was INSIDE and that switch

controlled both.. Lets see if he remembers today..

Penny came today I was very glad as the boys were just about

out of cat food and even though I tried, I didn't do a great job of

keeping things straight.. She went and got my new higher dose

of blood pressure medication from the drug store for me and I
put that on today. I took my blood pressure this morning and I

think I blew out my machine..its not worked since.. My pressure

read 192/112.. Penny got scared.. I tell her not to worry but she

does.. I tried taking it again just a while ago and I think my cuff

is damaged.. it just wont work..either that or my pressure is so

high it wont register on my little machine... I know I sure had a

really bad headache for a while..it stops when the pounding

on the roof stops...

My elbow.-.well..the bugger hurts today alot..and..partly my own

fault since I hit it twice, well just bumped it once on my arm rest

but a bit ago while I was in the kitchen I turned too fast and I

hit it really hard on the fridge, I think I had a tear in my eye on

that bump let me tell ya.. that really hurt and since then it has

just been a real sore spot.. The color is about the same.. I

called my sister last nite as I had to since she called the night

before thinking my appointment was yesterday. I told her all the

poopy scoop and she is concerned too.. well so am I.. I would

be lying if I said I wasn't.. but not just about the elbow but the

murmur too.. Which they can stop as fast as they start.. I didn't

have that last time I went.. so.. I think cuz of all the stress and

things going on lately that made my pressure go up and make

the murmur.. Im guessing..

This is short tonite as I really do have a raging headache and I

got up early, Im really tired and need to lay down for a while ..
I hope I can watch TV ..I fall asleep too early then Im up early

and then tired during the day..I cant win ..I sure try to though..

I need a soda and a couple of those great chocolates I have,

mint, caramel and raspberry , and boy are they good.. They

came in a beautiful brass looking tin box, Ghiradelli, the

very best.. delicious..a nice treat.. Now, to get rid of this

headache, "nitey nite" :-)
