~The Roof Is FIXED~ Yippee!~

Hetic Friday.. Penny was an hour late, she didn't hear her alarm go off :-) Ive done that.. Then Ken and Kenny showed up and have torn the roof off the house and are replacing the the shingles. hmm I shoulda had Penny take some photos ..I did from in here, and didn't think of that ..oh well..these will do. They got here by 8 or so..Big and Little Kenny. Who ever has that nice car parked in my driveway can just leave it there.. its a beauty .. I cant tell what kind tho...a nice sporty white one. Probly Daddys.. :-) They tore off all the tarpaper and old shingles and brought this huge trailer dumpster like thing in..backed in with a truck..good driver who ever did it..didn't hit my bush out there.. Id be mad if they did..its filled that container.. and it was hot out there today too.. The pounding has made the boys really edgy..LB is not at ease at all and with each bang of the hammer I can see his eyes almost blink..well mine to do..plus it gives me a headache so why wouldn't he get one? Made all 3 of us ready to get this fixed.. It was not TOTALLY a headache inducing day as you can see there! :-) I said was HOT out.. it was.. im not saying I am glad it was kinda warm but..im glad though I happened to be looking out my window at just the right time :-D I am wondering what kind of mess when they do the ceiling in here.. I wish they would offer to paint all of it , like they should have done before I moved in.. but then I don't want paint on my things either ..Im not real impressed with the type of work they do, ya know? I kinda like my stuff paint free.. I do a good enuff job on my own getting paint every where.. I got out of my power chair last nite before I went to bed and got into my manual. I am better with it..and during the night , half asleep, no telling what kind of damage I could do.. I worry too about the boys.. I can see them during the day if they get careless and think I will stop..but in the power chair,,darker in here.. I would rather not take a chance.. If I ran over one of them..well there would be no hope.. I almost crippled Dutch when he was a baby I ran over his little foot..not enough to hurt him other than to make him scream and run..and LB attack, almost.. But I feel better in my manual at night.. Its pretty light in here that Pennys garage across the Street is so well lit you would think they had GOLD cars or something.. I don't need any lights in here ..its a tad dark in the bathroom but the east window the car lights keep it pretty lit up..the street runs east to west..that's what drives the boy nuts the car lights flashing across the walls and ceilings..:-) Penny had to put the curtains back up in the bedroom today. I had turned to lay on my side..and I almost fell back down to my pillows and I reached out to grab..well duh..all there was , was the curtain! I KNEW that..yet I grabbed it anyways.. and down came the curtain.. I make more extra work for her..She then had to find the bracket..which of course HAD to fall behind the bed.. I tried to reach it..I thought I pulled the bloomin things down I could help put them back up! no luck..she had to get that too.. Theyre back up..and If I do that one more time..I will get so mad at myself..This is the 2nd time.. I need to put that side rail back on that side.. well..Penny took it off..and..well...we cant figure out how to put it back on..its weird..clamps and a knob you have to turn ..so we left it off..we tried.. maybe if and when the boy comes to put in my phone jacks he can put it back on for me.. when ever that is he stays so busy.. I did not have lunch and I am going to get one of those new Fast Franks from Oscar Meyer..they taste like I just opened the franks and the buns..fresh.. 35 seconds in the microwave and talk about good! wow..for a fast quick lunch.. I was really surprised.. and they arent that expensive.. I still feel a bit puny and I put that photo to show the update on my arm.. Thursday week I can go to the Dr. it does worry me.. I have NO idea what it is..The date and time are on it I know it hurts like a buggar..you can see how red..as red as it is that's as hot as it is to the touch. Im a nurse, and I don't know.. But Im going to keep a log kinda..just to watch the good progress. Thursday at 9:15..I will know.. I hope its nothing serious that cant be fixed.. I do worry that I wont have use of that arm for a while tho.. Penny did offer to stay 24 - 7 if I have to have her. makes me feel better im not going in hospital. Maybe antibiotics and stablility will help I don't know :-) enuff guessing..Im trying to keep a photo log of it.. plus its the only way I can really see it.. other than with a mirror..this is easier :-) and you know me.. I will figure out the easy way ..my plans of attack! :-) Now, time for the attack on the kitchen..I sure enjoy this new way its fixed..so much more room.. im pleased.."Nitey Nite" Y'all have a good one now Y'hear?
