~I Got Flowers~ :-)

I want you to see what I have sitting here on my desk.. Daisies,
yellow ones.. So pretty, they were a gift from my company yesterday.
They look so nice sitting here, and sure make me feel better.. Even
Chris, the nice one, my lunch delivery girl..said "you feel better today,
don't ya?" she could tell.. I was upset yesterday. I had a wonderful
visit with my company, and was so glad they came..I will have the
flowers to remind me, then as they wither I will save all the petals..I
do that to every flower I get.. I Have 2 containers on top of my desk
full of rose petals and flowers I have dried..I will always have them..
Robert was here today to cut the grass.. Its supposed to rain
later on I checked on the radar, and there is some headed at us.
Hes gonna cut it and its just gonna grow right back.. Joys of a
house, grass cuttin in the summer and snow shoveling in the winter.
But its worth it..just for the privacy..look at those trees across the
street ..isnt that just sad? It makes me sick to see those trees in
that condition..If Willie saw those, he would really say something
to those people over there.. cant you see a strong wind just pushing
them right on over top of that house..worries me.. and its NOT my
house! But I would just hate to see that happen..and with those trees
like that..well I may be wrong but.. I don't think they are safe..
I was in the kitchen and Dutch was on his perch by the window,
keeping an eye on the back yard.. He makes his rounds..the goes
to each of the windows in the kitchen..then to the bathroom one,
he cant get to the other, then he comes in here to the living room
and looks out both of these..He then moves to the bedroom and
checks out only one in there..He knows if he gets on top the air
conditioner and the mini blind falls in front of the vents he gets in
trouble..but the one by the side of my bed he can get into..
Look closely and you can see a squirrel there that Dutch is
watching.. I tried to get the one of him standing up but he was too
fast for me.. My camera has one of those window things to see
what you are taking a photo of.. I don't like it compared to looking
through a view finder...
This squirrel, I will have to think of a name for him..maybe
'Nutty' ... he lives in that big tree by the door to the garage.
I can see him going from tree to tree, he runs along the roof
peak of the garage..He sat there one day for the longest time,
I think just looking over his domain..and taking in the sunshine.
He really enjoys the little bowl out there of water... The birds
love it.. Being as summer is about done, I am going to look
for one of those cheapie plastic bird baths for next year . It
would look so nice out there and the boys would love it.. so do
I .. I enjoy watching the animals outside.. I havent seen the bunnies
lately so I hope they are ok...

We are due to get some severe storms..im so glad my roof is
fixed...I wont have to listen to the drips..Be nice to get this hole in
my ceiling fixed but then I would have to deal with THEM again..
let it look ugly no body sees it up there anyway..:-) I havent eaten
today as lunch was just NOT looking the greatest.. I took out one
of my little TBone steaks and I am going to fix that for my dinner,
then its TV and I know I will go right to sleep.. I didn't sleep that
good last nite..My right little jewel has been asleep now for 3 days,
and is about to drive me nuts..It sleeps more than I do.. :-) that's
not fair. Time for this GORGEOUS Weeble to say "Nitey Nite"

Y'all have a good one now, Y'hear? love ya and thanks!!! :-)
Always, Lois ****

God Bless you, is my prayer today,
I'm so honored to call you "friend";
I pray the Lord will keep you safe,
Until I write again.....

my cat likes to bird watch - the first words she said in English were medium - rare - I guess that's how she likes her bird cooked. I had a bad cold and it is breaking up.

    Hi, Honey,
That T-bone steak sounds SO good!! I hope you remembered the fried onions!! Just slice them and put them through a bowl of milk before you fry them, then they won't come back at you later!!
Oh, and thanks for the pics.
    Take care, Honey. L.O.L. & G.B.H. from

Beautiful daisies for a Gorgeous Lady!!

Hope you don't get those bad storms - the forecasters aren't always too accurate on those things.

Dutch would go bananas around here - squirrels all over the place.

Have a good one - you Gorgeous Woman,

    Bare Hugs,
