~A Real Weeble~ :-)

I bet last night I must have been awake more than I
slept. I couldn't get comfortable and I had things on my

mind, and I bet I looked like a real weeble the way I

kept going up and down, laying flat, then sitting up. I

just couldn't find a comfortable way to sleep.. I think

the longest I slept was for an hour and a half, I look at

the time every time I wake up, which I shouldn't, but I

just have a habit of doing that. I wish I had one of those

clocks that put the time on the ceiling, I have to squint

now.. Although once I get the phone jack put in the bed

room I have a clock telephone for in there, a land phone.
Donnie one of these days said he would do it for me.. I

called and asked the phone company and I forgot the

cost, was way too much anyway...

Robert just cut the grass and it poured rain during the night

and we had a nice cloudburst this afternoon..timed it just right

as Penny had just stepped out of her van coming back from

the store when it just seemed to all of a sudden RAIN!! I saw

her run, was cute, Dutch was in the kitchen window and saw

her and ran then to the livingroom to watch her then he runs

over and sits by the door..He really likes her.. She plays with

him, well with both of them.. She said her sister had a new

baby kittie, was only 7 weeks old and it got out in the road,

no more kittie.. I keep threatening these two that if they don't

behave I will get a new baby, LB just sniffs and walks slowly

off, he doesn't care, hes made it thru Dutch, he could another.

Dutch gives me this 'how dare you' look and jumps up like hes

ready to fight.. Hes a fun cat, hes a happy little thing.. and my

flowers..well BOTH of them have been real pesteroids and

refuse to leave them alone..They jump up here pretending they

want attention and walk back and forth between me and the

monitor..then they head straight to the flowers... thinking I need

to see what they blocked with their furry butts.. Theyre smart..

I got a small electric frying pan today, well Penny did..it was

a 30 dollar one for half price..Its really nice.. I think I will use it

more than I will the hot plate.. Its 12 inches square and the

power cord pulls off so it can be washed.. I love home fries,

with onion .. and one of these little steaks..can all be fixed

with one pan.. The way I have my kitchen now is really a lot

better.. I enjoy sitting at the table when I eat, then I look out

side and watch the traffic or the hummingbirds that just seem

to love this Rose of Sharon bush out here.. Its still blooming.

The hummers and all the birds love it.. My dining room table,

which was my mother's is what I am using out there.. I am

being very careful not to drag or scratch it.. Its a really nice

drop leaf one.. I have it somewhere just when my mother got

it and what she paid for it..The 4 matching chairs are down

the basement..They need reglued and better covers on the

seats well not better but they are green now and I just don't

like it.. But I am enjoying my kitchen..

I got my bank statement and I have really been trying to save

up as much as I can.. I really want a bigger place and I am sure

if I watch and have everyone else looking too I may be lucky

enough to find some place more suited for me.. This could be

easily adapted, but would cost..and its not mine.. Ive been

checking the papers all around the area and even some out

of state ones.. Eventually I will find something I hope..in the

meantime.I just got to do the best I can with what I have.. and

Its a lot when I think of those that don't have anything or anyone.

Im glad my bank book balanced this time.. I love when it does

that for me.. just makes me smile... :-D

Penny went to the store today and got some of those oreo

cookies, the new cake kind..theyre pretty good.. Im going to try

out my new frying pan and make some of those good fried

potatoes and they had brats on sale..I love those.. I forgot to

have her get some cabbage for me.. I love brats, and fried

cabbage and potatoes..now, that's good.. Im sitting here

making my self totally hungry..so that means I better get this

done, and say "nitey nite" :-)
