~Angel Food Day~ :-)

I got my Angel Food today and I have to say its excellent. This

Angel Food Ministry is in every state I think.. its through local town

churches.. Anyone can get it.. Some buy it to donate to different

other organizations.. For $30.oo well look up Angel Food on the

net.. look at the menu, and what you get and the prices.. You cant

beat them.. Now, this food is not 2nds, or off the wall brand stuff

either.. Its name brand stuff.. In fact I got some frozen corn WITH

bacon today, made by Freshlike, and if you have tasted their can

veggies or frozen..they are better than The Giants, I think so.There

is a Sara Lee Pumpkin Pie.. now.. THAT I KNOW is good.. A

bag of onions, potatoes, chicken, sirloin steak.. The breaded chicken

I make it with tomatoes and onion.. simmer it..Boy, THAT is super

good.. I don't know what seasoning they put on it.. but its good.. Ive

given some of this stuff to the kids, and Donnie has NOTHING bad

to say about it.. Oh there was a box of cereal..peanut butter.. Lots

of stuff.. You can see the menu on their site.. Just click on it.

But this food is worth every penny. And really has saved me a lot. I

don't spend near as much now of my food stamps and at the end

of the month I havent even spent every dime of it..Which to have

food stamps OR money in the bank at the end of the month..well

THATS a huge accomplishment for me, let me tell ya :-).. I need

these sort of things.. I only wish that they had something like this

to get the dry things, like soap, TP, cleaners, non-food things

that we have to pay cash for..They REALLY add up to a lot a month.

Just my cat food and litter cost a bit, but that's really a luxury to

have a pet and no one else should be responsible for them..But

If for some reason I did need food and couldn't buy any ARF here

will help out and bring you food for your pet for free.. I think most

animal shelters will help out if for some reason you couldn't afford

food for them.. Pets arent really a luxury, there are MANY that

have no one.. and their pet is their family..I feel very strongly about

my boys.. You love me..well you love my cats.. Theyre my boys..

they may love me on their terms..but I know they do..and the good

things they do for me..make me laugh for one.. outweigh the bad

things that I KNOW mine can do.. :-)

March 1, where did the past months go.. Time to me seems to be

just flying by. Look how long Ive been in this house already..It was

a year in October!...almost a year and half already.. Chris called

me back..said he hadnt forgotten about coming over for the smoke

detector.. I told him I already got it fixed that the lunch girl took the

battery out, so I didn't need him to come over.. I had mentioned to

him about another place to rent.. He said he really didn't have any

place that was lower to the ground..or anything empty...But he did

say he would sell this house to me.. on a land contract too...which

that would be good. But I don't know if the grant would help me to

pay the monthly payment if it was MINE.. so I have to do some,

well a lot of checking on stuff.. It might be the best way to go is to

buy this place if I can and then try to get some grants to fix it up,

which would benefit me and being it was a land contract..

So I have some work cut out for me.. The selling price for this

house is $45,000.00... Which is not a bad price at all.. But this is

what he would sell it to me for since I have been in it for a while

and he knows me, and said he wouldn't even ask for money

down.. I have a lot of work to do.. and things to find out.. I have

to get a really good plan of attack..this could be a major one I

might consider making, and I don't want to make a mistake and

give up any of the security I do have NOW..

Well, I need some lunch and its after 2, and I want to knit some

more on babyboys afghan.. Its really looking nice.. I hope she

likes it.. Im sure she will ..So its that time, to say my first great

GORGEOUS WEEBLE words for this new month that's ahead,

"Nitey Nite"... :-)
