~I'm Chiming~

I want you to look at the boy..Dutch..isnt he pretty? Look at those
eyes.. I was sitting in my chair griping because the little door
doesn't stay closed on my digital camera..its so aggravating,
and I love having this camera.. I hope I can keep using this but
its sure not easy to use with the door coming open..Ive tried
tape but its just not enough pressure to hold it down, the door
has a spring so it pops open.. When I use it I hold the door
shut with one of my fingers and sometimes that doesn't even
work.. Why his eyes came out that beautiful blue I have NO
idea but he is a pretty boy..Everyone likes my boys that come
here mainly because they are so friendly and will go up to just
about anyone..
That's one of my favorite photos of LB- since I put a new one
here of Dutch I figgured I best put one of LB too or he would
think hes not as special as Dutch.. They watch me write this
you know, so they know what I write and put here..Theyre
smart cats!... They are a lot of company for me even though
I do get aggravated at them sometimes, specially when they
start playing chase at 4:30 in the morning.. But Ill keep them.
LB will be 6 this year and Dutch will be 5 already..doesn't
seem that long.. I got LB in 2002 just after I moved into the
apartment..In about august I think.. then Dutch in 2003 the
same month.. I keep threatening that I am going to get another
baby but they both know Im lyin... If I get another pet it will most
definitely be a dog.. Ive always had one.. Brandy I had the longest,
I had her almost 15 years.. a Shitzu.. white..wonderful animal..
But my very best favorite dog is a German shepherd.. I love them.
So strong and just a gorgeous animal.. Ive had a few over the
years.. and If I cant get a gun I think a big dog is the next best
thing to that for protection.. Id feel safer with either of them..
I had company come for a visit that I throughly enjoyed, and I
want you to see the gift I was given.. Isnt it beautiful? see the
chimes hanging there? the pipes are copper looking and the
sound,, I wish I could put it here for you to hear them.. Penny
came today and hung them up for me, she had to use a ladder,
shes such a tiny thing... Yesterday was windy as could be..today
all its doing is raining and there is NO WIND! Hopefully there
will be a windy day one day this week so I can enjoy them.. This
was the first I had not had chimes and I really did miss them..
But now, well I will be enjoying these.. Come on WIND!!! :-)

Well I said last nite I was thinking of getting my own vehicle..Today
is a good example.. My ride was cancelled due to van problems.
So I had to call and re shedule my appoint ment for 2 weeks.. I
already have a Dr appt..next Wednesday and that is the only day
this cardiologist is in town..So I had to make it for the next week..
I have been checking lots of places on line that sell vans with ramps
and I was amazed at the prices.. I doubt seriously if I will be buying
one any time soon.. Probly the only way I will get one is if I find a
guardian angel that will buy one and give it to me :-) and the way
things are going now.. I have my doubts I will get one...

Penny made a meat pie today and it smells so good.. I was going
to call and tell the boy I have it but he phoned last nite and he is
not feeling well and I sure don't want to get sick again.. I have to
say I really feel pretty good.. I may not look good but I feel that way.
I guess all these new meds have kicked in and I am more or less
on a steady ride for at least a while I hope..That pie is done and I
have to taste test it .. like I don't know its gonna be great :-) Its
time for this GORGEOUS WEEBLE to have some food and to
say "nitey nite" :-)

Y'all have a good one now, Y'hear? love ya, and thanks :-)
Always, Lois ****

God Bless you, is my prayer today,
I'm so honored to call you "friend";
I pray the Lord will keep you safe,
Until I write again.....

I know a guy who is a dak in oregon - he has a van - I will call him and get details. I live in nyc where 37% of adults have driver's licenses & only 20% own cars
