What a week end, first I lose my computer and then

Yesterday I got a letter from the social security office

I owe them 265.oo that they over paid to me.. The thing

Is I never got it.. There was NO deposit made into my

Account for that amount.. These people mess around with

Stuff, they caused me to lose 100 dollars of my food stamps.

And now, of all times, they want their money back..If I don't

reply to them within 30 days they will automatically take 65

dollars out of my check every month until its paid back! They

will start deducting it from my check in November...I have to

pay for their mistakes..

Tomorrow is going to be a day and a half..with trying to get

a new computer...Ive talked to quite a few and asked what

they think the problem could be and the stock answer was

that its crashed.. One guy from the cable place said it could

possibly be the video card.. but most everyone agreed that

its crashed..so everything is lost.. All my stories..and all my

photos and everything.. I am so discouraged...

My niece has lent me a computer until I can get one.. I am

going to ask Donnie to help me..he has a credit card and I

can charge a computer on that.. He will be back tomorrow.
Hes agreed to lend me the money and then I can pay him

back since I need one right away. I hate losing all my things,

and having to start all over again...Only thing is all the new

computers have vista, and that's what this one has..it is so

different than XP.. I can see why so many don't like it.. but

from what I am told all new computers now come with vista.

I don't know if its possible to change it to XP or not..

Well like I said its been a awful week end.. when my computer

crashed Friday nite.. I called Penny the next morning and she

came over.. I was trying to recharge my power chair so I

could move it.. The battery is dead... I was so glad she came

over to move the releases for the power chair so we could

push it out of the way... She dug out my old puter and it would

not work with cable.. and I don't have dial up anymore.. So it

wont work either.. My power chair was and is in front of my

bedroom closet door..so it has to be moved to get anything out

of it... I sat at my poor dead computer when I got up yesterday

and sat and wondered what I was going to do all day with out it.

I had NO idea.. well I could sew I guess or watch tv..I felt so

cut off from the world! I was glad when my niece dropped this

one off for me to use.. Shes a sweetie.. And I promised to have

it back to her as soon as possible..Hopefully by Tuesday she

will have it back.. She was so generous to let me use it...Now

all I have to do is wait till Donnie comes home and get my new

one and of course pay Donnie back.. Some of my dearest friends

have offered to help me and I am so grateful...You know who

you are..and THANK YOU!!! :-)

I need to take a rest..its been pretty upsetting for me these days

and I hate it..but hopefully tomorrow things will start to smooth

out again..Seems every time things go too smoothly something

ALWAYS goes wrong to screw it up.. I think this happens just

to keep me on my invisible toes..:-) I will get through it tho..

and of course with a little help from my friends I can do anything.

I hated putting that pay pal button here but now I have to say I

am glad I have it there :-) Thanks again...

Time for food and a rest.. Time for my GORGEOUS WEEBLE
