~Phone Day~

Today needs to be labeled phone calling day. I bet I made

a dozen calls if I made one.. I even called my sister and when

she didn't answer I realized its Friday shes shoppin.. But I

called about 4 places about a chair, and I called COA three

times till I KNOW theyre sick of me... But I found a chair

online at Wal Mart.. I called the store cuz it said free shipping

to the store then you make your own arrangements to pick

it up.. Well I talked to a young woman there that transferred

me to the store manager, a woman named Amatha.. Very nice

lady.. I had already told who I was, where I lived, only 2 blocks

away and my problems for getting it here to my house...

She said, I would get a email telling me the chair was at the

store, when I got it I was to phone her back and she herself

would make arrangements to have the chair delivered to me.

Is that nice or what? Wal Mart is the best and I think that

is where we are going to start really shopping.. Every time

Penny goes to Meijers she always comes back with some kind

of story of being mistreated over there to their clerks just

out right lying to her.. So Wal Mart is now and really always

has been MY store.. I know they have a GREAT fabric

section.. In fact they sell , or did, great cottons for only a

dollar a yard.. 99% of my cottons for sewing came from there,

same with my sister... Shes a weekly visitor of Wal Mart..

AND,, when I phoned COA the 2nd time...I asked about the

fall tour.. Millie informed me the ride is Sunday and shes the

driver. She is going to call me back to see if there is enough

room for me to go.. She said they go all over town and out

in the country.. Our leaves are really getting there.. I think

NEXT week end they would be out even more judging by

mine I have here in the yard and those I can see across the

street... Those over there havent even started to turn yet.

SO ANYWAY, on my 3rd call to COA, since I forgot about

it the first and second calls.. I made an appointment for a

ride to Wal Mart on Wednesday morning at 9:30 for the

bus to be here.. Millie said perhaps she could do it or they

would ask Curtis.. So Penny and I will spend the morning

going thru Wal Mart.. I shall take photos to verify the

event like I always do to prove I REALLY DO go OUT! :-)

Was a busy day and my ear feels ready to fall off but I

did get a lot done and I hope closer to getting this chair

situation fixed... The first call to COA was for that, to

see if they would come and get this bed. Millie said yes

they would but would need 2 days notice.. So that is another

problem solved as well... I did good today... I feel I have

accomplished a lot.. I heard from 2 of my sons, Donnie

phoned last nite, and my son Mark sent an email.. I am most

pleased... :-)

Time to end this for today, I was here again at 4:30 am

this morning.. but I fell asleep only half way through that

survivor show, about 8:30 so I got a bit of sleep and I only

got up once, and only checked the time 2 times :-) Well I

may be asleep but I still need to know what time it is.. I

know, don't say it.. I have a time thingie.. I cant sleep with

the bedroom door closed either... nit pickey hey? They

delivered the free veggies, potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes

and zuchinni.. I am going to have some breaded friend

zuchinni.. That is SO good.. These are quite big so I will

do these as slices, usually I do wedges and deep fry.. I

will use my electric pan today. So.....Its that time for my

GORGEOUS WEEBLE "Nitey Nite"...
