~No Visits~

Neither Rebecca or Theresa showed up today. They had

things come up that they had to attend to. Only excitement

was the yard guy from COA came and cut the grass.. It

needed it.. Wont be too many more times, if any, that it

will need to be cut. The leaves on the big maple by the

garage are turning more and more every day. I noticed

the glories are hardly blooming and the flowers that are,

are a lot smaller. Its still pretty though. Its interesting

to watch the changes in the trees and the yards.. The

birds and especially the squirrels have really been eating.

There are 2 black ones and 2 brown.. If they each didn't

have their distinguishing marks I would think it was the

same squirrels. I told Donnie that its gonna be a hard

winter and he better stay out of the woods, the squirrels

are working extra hard gathering nuts for the winter. Id

hate to find him stuffed in a hole of a tree :-)

I was up again at 4am.. I don't think I slept more than 3

hours total last nite. I was so restless, couldn't get comfy.

I tried to lay on my side, I put a pillow between my stumps

for leverage. I can only lay on my right side, and the left

being bigger and longer, its heavier and puts a lot of strain

on my hip.. when I lay on my side I can really feel the

pressure, so the pillow helps.. When I had my legs that was

my favorite way to sleep, on my right side, knees bent up,

and I slept good.. Its not that easy now and I cant lay on

that side for more than a few hours.. But its a nice change.

One of my smoke detectors is beeping.. and I cannot tell

which one it is.. I only have 2, but when I'm in here I don't

hear it beep.. or when I'm in the bedroom.. BUT if I go

into the bathroom or kitchen, I can hear the BEEP!.. Penny

will be here tomorrow and I guess my only recourse is to

just replace BOTH batteries.. I have one in the bathroom

that just quit but the inspector guy said I didn't really

need to have one in there.. So I'm not gonna put one in it.

Besides any kind of smoke even from burnt toast will set

that one off.. scared the daylights out of me when those

things go off.. Terrifies the cats too! Guess we are all just

scaredy cats :-)

The rash on my arms has cleared. There are some dry areas

but what I have noticed every where that it was, now is a

dark spot.. I have my appointment with the Dr on the 23, I

took my last pills Tuesday, which I told the nurse that, but

I don't think I will have to keep taking them.. which would

be ok.. From the side effects it says they have, well I hope

I don't have to keep taking them. I have to remember to

call and make an appointment for a ride.. Its not till 4:15

I really DONT like the time at all.. but its either that or

go all the way back up to the other office, which really

wasn't that bad, and I did enjoy the ride cuz we got to

go to Goodwill on the way back !! ... I may see if I can get

a morning one.. I'm not good that time of day.. I'm give out

by then, specially if I get up before the birds :-)

I have some of that spaghetti left and was it good. So I

know its gonna be even better today it always is the 2nd

day. When I made lasagna I made the sauce the day

before, was always better, the flavor seems to be better.

The pie? Well for a frozen one, I have to say it is one

of the best tasting ones Ive had for a while.. Meijers pies

cant hold a candle to this one its so good, I don't know

what kind it was.. came with the Angel Food... Its that

time again.. I am tired..and hungry as usual.. which means

its time for my GORGEOUS WEEBLE "nitey nite".
