~I Was Wrong~

I had hoped my dealings with COMCAST cable were over.

I was very wrong. I had them send a box so that I could

return THEIR cable box and the Internet modem.. Well

they send a box and a label.. I call UPS to see about a

time for them to come and get it.. I told them the tracking

number on it and they said "when we come to pick up the

box there will be a 11.oo charge. I told them I am NOT

paying for them to come and get this box. The girl at ups

said there was nothing she could do, I had to make the

dreaded call to COMCAST... I swear I would rather do

something ugly and fall in it than dial COMCAST's phone

number.. They have of every company I have ever dealt

with, the lousiest, useless phone system.. and whomever

approved it.. well lets just say I will NOT call them again.

I spent the next HOUR on the phone trying to make some

kind of arrangements to get this crap back to them.. I talked

to at least 6 different people and when that 6th one said,

I'm gonna transfer you to blah blah blah, I said "you want

your stuff, you have all my info, YOU CONTACT ME," and

I hung up the phone.. I will NOT deal with them again.. I

have NEVER had to deal with so many useless people that

cannot get ONE simple thing done!! and COMCAST is that.
I would NEVER recommend them unless you want crap

TV service, and crap repairs.. and TONS of headaches from

talking to tons of people that don't know what they are

doing.. My contact with COMCAST as of THIS writing .. it

is DONE... :-)

Now, I made lots of calls today and I did get a lot done,

thank GOD ! Penny did show up and managed to get down

the snow covered driveway that sure needs plowed or

something.. I called COA as they are sposta come out and

shovel or what ever.. so hopefully he will come to do the

drive.. Penny pushed thru the snow and shoveled her way

from her car to the back door.. Then she did do the front,

as the mail man probly would stroke out since she or he

cant get to the mailbox.. There are 3 out there so I wonder

whos job it is to keep it clear?

I called my bank to check my balance and to be sure all

that was sposta be taken out was and what wasn't wasn't ...

I was NOT happy with my bank balance.. This move has done

me in I'm afraid.. There is not much left so that means my

Christmas wont be what I planned.. I had to make this move

so I'm sure everyone will understand that Gran is broken,

and that I had to. I may make some jammies for the grands

though if I can get some flannel and patterns.. I wish I had

thought of this before my sis came up.. But I didn't know

then that my checkbook was in such a bad way :-) oh well...

We are all clean and made it through this long stretch with

out Penny, LB was so mad at her all he did was whine at her

all morning.. She tried to pet him and he slapped her which

for LB that's surprising so he must have been pretty mad,

the boy just ignored her and stuck to me... Time for some

lunch and to then go back to putting my kitchen in order.
I had Penny get the fixings to make some fudge, which she

can on Wednesday.. I can give the kids food stuff and I

think they will like that...Banana bread and cookies.. I

would.. :-) Time to post and quit griping about stuff and

get back to work... first my GORGEOUS WEEBLE
