~Door Date~

Carl phoned, hes the maintenance guy for Joe, and he

will be over in the morning to fix my door to the bathroom.

To make it bigger... Now its only 28 inches wide, which is

NOT your normal size, it is smaller, Joe doesn't even

know why it was made that way.. The door to the laundry

room is big, I can get in there ! He said he would be here

to start on it about 9.. which is good.. He could have come

today, but like I was explaining to a friend, I need prior

notice, so I don't drink as much, well today was a 2 cups

of coffee and a can of tomato juice day, which means a

few more trips to the bathroom than on a day if I hadnt

had but juice or even nothing at all.. I have to have a

plan of attack for everything... This one especially.. :-)

I'm sure if I said I had to get in there he would surely let

me use it.. but then, Id prefer NOT to use it when I have

company, the no door isnt an issue but.. well noise is... and

I really don't want to be HEARD either as well as seen...

:-) So tomorrow, I wont have any coffee and maybe just

a small juice before he gets here. I don't think it will

take him all that long to do it...but I have to be prepared.

I'm glad hes finally going to fix it.. Its all turned out ok,

at least all the snow is gone... I told Carl that's what I

thought he was waiting for was better weather.. So,

by this time tomorrow night perhaps I wont have to make

that extra transfer... THAT will sure be a blessing...

Rainy, windy, cool... that's our weather. My stumps sure are

telling me.. my right hip is still giving me fits and I have no

idea why.. Ive even stopped laying on my right side to see

if that helps.. it hasnt.. It feels more like the bone is sore.

Its hard to describe, but any of these phantoms are.. I

saw a show on TV where this Dr was talking about phantoms

and more or less led this person to believe that there is

nothing to them, just a little achey every once in a while..

Well, that is SO NOT TRUE! Phantoms can HURT really bad.

Sometimes they hurt so bad that my stump will actually move,

twitch because of a pain going through it... My invisible feet

sometimes hurt so bad that I could just scream... Phantoms

should not be just dismissed like theyre nothing... its like

saying a blood test is "just a little stick"...ya right.. not for

some. Those that say these sort of things havent experienced

it so they DONT know...and until you have, you have NO way

of knowing... Anyhoway, my hip is still sore... :-(

Time for lunch and I'm hungry for an egg sandwich, I havent

had one in ages, with some thin sliced tomato and Mayo of

course and I have some great shredded parmesian cheese,

or how ever you spell it.. its good... And I have some peaches

in the fridge, I get those individual serving ones, and they

are just the right size for me, just enough.. I think that will

be lunch today, COA lunch just didn't appeal to me.. it was a

pork chop..but it was RED!. just didn't look appetizing to me

at all.. this egg sammy does :-) Time to post and eat, then I

think play in the kitchen with my sewing machine.. I need to

get Pennys socks made and she, hopefully, will be here

tomorrow, so I can give them to her... Post time and time

for this GORGEOUS WEEBLE's "g'day, g'day" :-)
