~Scared Me~

The boy phoned last nite about 6:15, said he was on his

way over and would be here in a little while.. So I sat

and watched TV until he got here. I was sitting there

all involved watching dateline or something, had my

interest.. All of a sudden my phone rings and I scramble

to find and answer it.. I was gonna grab the one by the

bed and it was too far, by the time I got this chair to

move, so I reached behind on the handlebars where I

hang my cordless phone. I'm mumbling to my self as I

am hurriedly finding it, I look at the doorway to the

bedroom and there stands Donnie, cell phone in hand,

laughing his butt off at me trying to answer my phone.

He says, "Gran! answer the phone!".. It scared me so

bad, I told him hes gonna give me a heart attack doing

that. :-) We both laughed, I know hes gonna tell every

one at work today what he did to me .. Kids.. It was

funny.. He walked right in.. I did NOT hear him at all..

I had unlocked the door since I knew he was coming,

but you cant hear from one room to the next here..

We had a good laugh though.. :-)

This place from room to room you really cant hear. I

know if I am by my desk and Penny is in the kitchen,

unless I talk real loud or yell she doesn't hear me.

If the furnace is running she wont hear me at all..

Carl, the maintence guy had to take the door off of

the bathroom and everyone that uses it sees right

away there is no door to close for privacy.. No one

but me is usually here anyway and I aint peekin . I

tell everyone that if they are nervous I might HEAR,

then they need to sing real loud and I wont hear a

thing.. :-) I had thought about getting some of those

beads to hang across the door like they had years

ago.. But with this cat, well.. I don't think that would

be a good idea...

We got a lot done today, laundry included.. which its

always nice to have clean clothes.. I don't really get

dirty unless I'm sloppy that day.. which I really should

NOT be allowed to wear white tops.. I don't know

what I do to them..but they always get stuff on them,

coffee dribbles or food.. never fails.. Penny took the

Valentine cards and Mary and Marks packages to the

post office and gone to the store, AND cleaned ! ...So

we have done good.. There is a meatloaf cooking too!
We have gotten a lot done today. I know Ive earned

my tired :-) Penny has earned hers too!

Almost time for meat loaf and I'm hungry. I'm glad

I didn't have to fix it.. my arms today from doing

so much are really achey.. I tried to help Penny fold

clothes from the dryer and I had to quit my arms

ached so bad.. That's getting old too.. These aches

and pains are just THAT.. a PAIN!! :-) I hope y'all

remember what Saturday is.. Valentines day?? Its

the day to tell your sweetie ya love him or her or

what ever the case may be.. :-) I hope I get TONS

of Valentines :-) How can I not? I'm the SWEETEST
GORGEOUS WEEBLE around .. :-) On that note I'm

sayin "G'day, G'day" :-)
