~East Side~

The one side wall in the kitchen, with the 2 windows,
the east side, there is the view from it.. The tiger
lillys are what caught my attention.. I didn't notice
they were there because I keep the mini blind down,
open, but at an angle and I didn't see them. They are
so pretty and were one of my grandpa's favorites
that he had growing in his flower garden.
You can see Steve and Lisa's side and their back door.
They have a short step there too, mine is higher. They
have 2 bedrooms where I have only 1. The area out
there they have is very nice and private... I have NO
idea what that pipe is sticking up out there but they
sure need to put a cover on it. There are a lot of cats
that are running around this neighborhood and they
are so nosey, one could easily jump up there and fall
down that thing.. Not safe... I will have to ask Steve
or Carl.. I know my cats wouldn't, they don't go out,
but I don't want anyone elses to fall down it either.
That stone building, Joe is storing stuff for the
historical society here in town that they are supposed
to be taking out and he said I could use that place to
store my stuff.. hasnt happened yet.. That light up
top of that building, lights up the whole inside of this
place at night, automatically comes on and off.. I don't
know who pays for it.. but the wires are coming from
the place next door.. So maybe they are and don't know
it.. Some one has to be. I hope it aint me ! .. :-)

This place used to be a greenhouse. Flowers everywhere.
That's why there are so many concrete places out there.
Between the two garages is a slab and out there by my
driveway, not counting that long strip that goes out from
my back corner out to the driveway.. I bet it was pretty
here, but if the had a business here , that means its zoned
for business? hmmmm... That garage Carl is going to put
the new shingles on would make an excellent shop! Any of
the 3 garages out there would ! :-)

It has steady been dark and gloomy and rainy. I don't
mind the rain but it sure is making me ache. My stumps
are letting me know its crap weather. I talked to my
sister and she was telling me how she aches from all
the arthritis she has.. she can totally understand how I
feel it.. She is just as achey as me.. These legs of mine
being cut off I think the arthritis has set in so deep
that is why they ache like they do.. They just cut them
flat off.. the end is flat. I guess its for ease if you
use a prosthetic.. sop .. standard operating procedure.
I never asked how or what they were going to do.. all
I knew is they were being cut off... I didn't want to
know back then.. Id like to now, be interesting.. I asked
what they did with my legs though.. when the took the
left.. the nurse said it more'n likely was sent to a lab
to be studied, which is a good idea.. give some stats
about PAD as its called now, not PVD....

My stats for the rest of the day are in the kitchen. I
dug out some fabric for Alex's shorts and I want to
make a test pair to send and make sure they fit the
boy.. Id rather they be too big than too small. When
I find out they fit, then I will make some more. Only
takes 10 minutes to make a pair, takes longer to cut
them out ! :-) Plus I'm a tad hungry and there is some
left over spaghetti.. sure was good.. :-)

Time to post this and get on with my day, I have
decided I am NOT going to worry or think about this
rent thing.. not till I hear differently that I HAVE
to worry.. I cant anymore.. it was eating my lunch for
me :-) and I don't like that :-) This GORGEOUS
WEEBLE is ok, my world is going round.. "Life is good
and I WILL be back !" :-)

Y'all have a good one now, Y'hear? love ya and thanks!
Always, Lois ****

"God Bless You" is my prayer today.
I'm honored to call you Friend.
I pray the Lord will keep you safe,
Until I write again....
