~Irritated Scar Again~

Rain again today and I FEEL it.. The scar that was

so infected for that year is acting up a tad. It is

my own fault for not keeping it moisturized enough.
I have to be very careful what I use to even wash

my stumps..if I use the wrong soap and then the

wrong lotion, I end up paying for it.. and that's what

happened AGAIN... :-) I just have to spend some

extra time and get it calmed down again. It does

take awhile though.. and I CANNOT use any sort

of soap or wash OR lotion that has any kind of

perfume in it... THAT really makes that scar mad.

It will take a week or so for it to go back to being

ok again, as long as I keep my FINGERS off of it..

I have the hardest time with that, I'm a picker, I

will touch and feel and if a spot somewhere feels

rough I dig at it.. Which is NOT good to do if you

have a spot that's sensitive.. and after all this time

and the crap ive had with this stump you would

think I'd learn by now, but I havent .. I sure hope

I do, I'm tired of it acting up and this time I notice

its really RED and it HURTS ! I used to be awful

with peeling sunburns too.. I cant just sit and look

at it I have to peel it :-)

You notice I'm later today, I have been chatting on

voice with Raife in the UK on SKYPE.. Oprah lately

has been singing the praises of it and I'm surprised

she only just found out about it.. Its great, and its

free. I can talk to any one , PC to PC anywhere in the

world and when my webcam works I can be seen and

whomever I am talking to if they have one, its the

best video call you can make.., The sound is great. I

think the best is the FREE part.. You can call a land

phone if you have some credit which you have to pay

for but the cost per minute per call is amazingly low.

I keep some credit on mine just in case my phone

doesn't work and before I got this bundle from

charter I used Skype for my long distance..not my

phone.

Most of the messengers have this video calling too,

like yahoo or MSN but myself, I think Skype is a lot

better. The size of the picture and the quality of the

call is a lot better.. Plus the messengers get too much

interference and shut you down all the time.. If you

do video calling and don't have it.. try SKYPE.. it is

very good and I highly recommend it.. I'm on there,

so that should tell you tis a good thing :-)

Well, my next good thing? GUESS? :-) YOU know,

FOOD ! :-) Ive not eaten today and I have hungerness..

I think I made up a new word :-) So, anyhoway, its that

time, posting, fooding and sitting in my doorway time.
