~Great Visit~ :-)

Was a gloomy rainy day yesterday but I had the

nicest time with my company, we sat and talked

and ate and just was a wonderful visit.. Over too

soon, they left about 8:30 last nite.. it was still

stormy and rainy out and I worried about the rest

of their drive back home. I always hated to travel

in rain or storms, specially on black top roads, cant

see anything. But it was a great visit and I was so

glad they had time to come and see me.. Made me

feel good that they TOOK the time...
Today is lovely, sunny and warm, I wish it was like

this yesterday ! :-) You see the photo.. that vine

that's growing up the trellis outside the back door

is what I thought it was, Honeysuckle.. Hummers

love it. The smell is awesome.. When I sit in the

doorway and that sweet smell comes right through

the screen when the wind is blowing right, between

the two doors the sweet flowery smells coming in

as been a real treat.. :-)
Penny didn't come in today, her grandson is in the

hospital and they fear its that piggie flu... which is

not good.. A lot of cases have been diagnosed around

here and that worries me, specially since it affects

kids and elderly.. I am not really in either category..

WHAT? I AM NOT ELDERLY !! :-D Chad, her grand

is only 4, she spent most of last night at the hospital

he had a fever of 104, and she didn't leave till 2 am.. I

talked to her at 9:30 this morning and told her to just

take today off and she will come here tomorrow morning

instead, which is fine with me.. I know shes worried, I

would, well am, too.. Prayers are needed....
Joyce is outside cutting the grass and she stopped by

and thanked me for the photos of Carl and their great

grand daughter.. I printed them out and gave them to

her.. I told her I had the best time watching them play,

how tickled the girl was, laughing and enjoying time with

her Papa, Joyce said she calls Carl.. I wish I had taken

all the photos of their fun time outside. I could write

a great story about that :-) Joyce and I had a nice visit.
Shes diabetic and has already had ballooning done on one

of her legs.

We talked for a while today and she asked why I lost

my legs, first asking if she could, which I don't mind

telling anyone WHY I am legless... SMOKING ! and she

smokes.!. Joyce is very nice and said she made some

blueberry stuff, IF Carl hasnt eaten it all she said she

would bring me a taste :-) YIPPEEEEE~!!!! Joyce asked

if I was on a special diet and if I wasn't she said she

would gladly bring things over to me.. NOW.. HOW NICE

is THAT??? She and Carl just had their 50th... That's

why her grands are visiting.. they surprised Carl and Joyce

with an anniversary party. The kids are due over there

today so I will watch again.. :-)

Well I need to close this and get something constructive

done.. Rob, you are most welcome to visit..anytime.. Magic

week, you being a magician would be a great time for you

to come and meet me in person.. :-) NOW, my kitchen is

gonna meet me AND feed this GORGEOUS WEEBLE,
