~Tiger Lilly~ :-)

I was trying to get a photo of the hummer by the
Tiger Lillys and took that one, which I think is just
so pretty that I had to share and put it here. Next
best to seeing it yourself through my window. Boy,
arent we lucky they invented glass? Can see outside,
let alone improve our eyesight ! Let the sunshine in
and brighten our world. :-)
I thought this was kinda a nice photo, Steve did
some work out there I see. There was a cabinet or
something, that's gone, they have such a nice private
spot back there, could be sealed in quite easily for
the dogs to spend some time outside.. They have 2
black labs and a cat next door, and I can count on one
hand how many times Ive seen only 1 dog outside. A
lab needs out.. well they do go a lot so hopefully they
take the dogs with them, which ive only seen the dog
get out of the car once. Boy, I'm a nosey neighbor
aint I? I already warned Joyce, she or Carl come
within camera range, I TAKE PHOTOS !! :-) She said
it was ok... she sure liked the ones I took of Carl and
the great grand.. :-) I printed them out for her..Said
she has them on her fridge and theyre putting together
a thingie about their 50th wedding party and the pics
I took will be put in it.. :-) Made me feel good :-)
The impatients that Penny planted out front are
doing so good.. Some of the whites are doubles,
some arent.. They like a little sun, but cant take
it full on, that's why I had to move the ones in
the back that Penny planted and the hanging ones.
Right on the back cement is full sun all day.. The
front, being right next to the door doesn't get any
sun on it at all, just reflected. But they sure are
pretty...
I have 2 hummers feeding steady outside.. Do you see
why they are different? Took me a while, but I see
the difference now.. One, I havent looked on line yet
to see which is which.. but one has a red neck in front
and is very green on the back.. The other is more one
color and like a grey underneath... One has to be the
male.. probly the one with the pretty redneck.. Males
in birds seem to be the prettier of the two.. just like
the male cardinal.. boy is he a beauty compared to the
female, who is pretty but kinda orange and grey..

I have NOT been feeling the greatest. I was really mad
that Doug timed that letter to get here on a Friday. Why
is that when you get a couple days to relax and not think
of stuff, you get something that you HAVE to think about?
Ive tried NOT to think about it, but I keep composing a
letter to him, I bet in my head and dreams Ive written it
10 dozen times.. I have been having chest pains and I'm
sure its from this.. I have my nitro right here and its fresh.
Ive only had to use it twice.. so not bad, not to worry :-)

My worry right now is,, I woke up a tad hungry, my stomach
isnt the greatest and I don't want to aggravate it by eating
the wrong thing.. so I think some good Progresso Green Pea
Soup with some good Keebler Club Crackers.. They go so
good together, Progresso soups are great.

Post time and for my GORGEOUS WEEBLE "happy weekend!"
Ifn the rain would stop, be a great weekend ! We had tornado
watches last evening, scares me.. We are such scaredy cats
here :-)

Y'all have a good one now, Y'hear? love ya and Thanks !
Always, Lois ****

"God Bless You" is my prayer today,
I'm honored to call you Friend.
I pray the Lord will keep you safe,
Until I write again....

WOW! What a lovely set of pickies! Well done.
That Tiger Lily is a most spectacularly lovely thing. And the pic of the hummer is very good, too. Does the lily have a perfume? Pity the ground in your yard is so uneven - it would be super if you could get out there on your own.
    Take care, Honey,
    Luv Ya,
    Raife

    Your photos are really good.
I met Ruth Orkin once. She was a world reknowned fotog. When she was diagnosed with a terminal illness she put a telephoto lens on her nikon and took enuf photos from her apt which overlooked Central Park to publish a book.
