One thing I cant help but notice living here is the quiet.

I have to say I do miss some of the activity I saw at

the little house. There was always something going by,

if it wasn't people walking, was the traffic in and out of

that Penny's Garage across the street, and too, the kid

next door that kept revving his truck, we were waiting

for him to blow that engine. But there was always noise.

Life signs were everywhere..

There is hardly any noise here at all other than the

chirping of the birds. I had thought the kids would be

out more than what they are. The poor little guy across

the street wants to play baseball.. hes out there by him

self a lot of times, will toss the ball up in the air then

hit it as hard as he can and runs after it..then hits it

from there, this kid is running his patootie off out

there, but I listen to him as he even talks to himself

about his batting.. Hes got that batting cage out there

you would think he would use it then not have to chase

the ball as far :-) Hes happy all that matters and seems

to enjoy his own company and is OUTSIDE .. :-)

side :-) Almost like the Tigers... I dunno what the green stuff is
in front of it though :-) Time will tell...

I was the same way, I LOVED being outside, still do, I

don't care what the weather, its all good. That's why I

didn't mind leaving Texas, no snow there, no fall leaves.

mostly just rain and HOT, and of course flooding. When

I arrived in Houston, it was the first time in ages in had

snowed there, it was nothing to me, I was used to snow,

and driving in it. Houston almost shut down, I had to laugh

at how most people thought the snow was awesome. The

kids especially, for days they had photos on the news. It

didn't last long, but long enough for those that had never

been in it to enjoy it, and most did, well except the ones

that had to show off, to show they could handle it even

though they were Texans, and could handle ANYTHING.

Well, they learned :-) It can cause some VERY bad things

to happen, there were TONS of accidents, mainly cuz of

carelessness... but that's how most accidents happen.

Penny didn't come today, she traded and will be here

tomorrow. She has some business to take care of and

needed today to do them. So tomorrow works out ok

for me too.. I did pick up and we are pretty well clean.

I havent used any dishes other than silver ware as I

usually use paper plates, even though Penny does the

dishes. I hated to do dishes and still am not real keen

on it, but I'm so fussy when it comes to my kitchen,

I cant stand dishes in my sink, and I like my sink to

shine. Who ever lived here before scratched this

stainless steel sink really bad. Its a shame people

don't take care of other peoples things that are good

enough to let you use them. I appreciate having a nice

place and want to keep it that way. :-) Clean and Nice....

Well this CLEAN and NICE GORGEOUS WEEBLE is in

need of lunch.. The battery died in my kitchen clock ! I

kept looking at the time, not paying attention the 2nd

hand wasn't going around.. When I just looked it said

10:43, I thought to my self "time sure is slow today",

THEN decided to check the clock above the sink and

realized that clock was 2 hours off ! :-) That's about

my speed :-) No wonder I'm hungry :-) I got lots of

sewing done today and printed off some things for

Donnies side business for him.. Ive done good..:-)
I have had a productive day :-) I SHALL return :-)
