~Dutch is Up, Mom Is Up~ :-)

I don't remember what time I fell asleep and turned

my TV off, it was fairly early...I only got up once about

3:30, and I remember looking at the time about 6:30.

I went back to sleep and I didn't roll out of bed until

9:15! Is that lazy or what? I slept pretty good :-) I

only woke up then because the kid was bound and

determined Mom was getting UP! Dutch walked back

and forth across my chest at least 4 times then plopped

down HARD! right in the center and proceeded to first

lick my face then tap it with his foot... He wanted food

and his treats !... And Mom got up~!~ :-)

I notice when I sit a certain way I get that stabbing pain

in my left big toe.., Strange hey? Some of the feelings I

get in these invisible legs are amazing.. I don't think I will

ever understand how its possible..That my brain can be

THAT stubborn not to finally realize after what....8 years,

that the legs are gone....Why it feels it has to remind me

they were once there seems so NOT logical when I can

see they are gone... Like my brain says my eyes are liars,

my legs are really there ! :-)

I have to say I have learned what way to sit so that I don't

get these pains or cramps or what ever.. I was sleeping with

a pillow under my stumps for a while and I noticed I had

a miserable ache right on my tailbone.. well, laying with a

pillow would put me in the same position as sitting... but the

pressure is REALLY on my tailbone more than if I was

sitting up the pressure would be more on my hips and

butt :-) I don't sleep like that very much any more.. But

I still sleep sitting up with my pillows all piled in front

of me..I sleep pretty good that way, Ive slept like that

since I was in the hellhome, it was easier to breathe..

plus Dutch cant lay on me :-)

I don't mind the boys laying on me to sleep .. Most nights

they are each in there tucked in and snuggled down, one

in each arm pit.. :-) Usually LB is on the left and Dutch is

on the right... When ever I move they move. Some times

when I am going thru from the kitchen to the livingroom

we look like we are playing follow the leader with Dutch

in front of course, then me, then LB.. LB is NEVER in a

hurry.. :-)

There is not anything scheduled for today, which is ok

by me.. Its a beautiful day out side, sunny and kinda windy

and not too cold..In the 50's I think.. I did phone my sis

yesterday and told her I have her doily for her that Penny

made. She is so busy with sewing and taking trips with

Stanley she doesn't know when she will be able to come

up here... So I told her what I do with Kelli and Donnie,

I offered to send the doily in the mail :-) She thought

that was a great idea! So if Penny mails it Monday she

should have it by Wednesday... Not too bad.. I still hope

she comes up.. Well THEY... I enjoy listening to Stan play

his guitar and harmonica..Hes really good.. He is learning

how to play piano now, hes very musically talented..

Well its that time to find some lunch so I can take my

pill... I still don't feel any more energetic than I did

before I guess it takes awhile to go into full effect

when they raise the dose... I have a lot I want to make

for Christmas so I need the energy! :-)
