I got another notice from my DHS caseworker, Melody.

I think ive talked to her a total of twice in 3 years.. I

just don't under stand this medicare and medicaid crap.

She sent me some kind of notice too.. They sure are

making sure all this is done ahead of time.. I wont be

65 till January.. Wish they would do other stuff for us

as fast and ahead of schedule as they are this crap...

When I talked to Sandra.. she said the DHS, which is

Department of Human Services, which APS, Adult

Protective Services is a part of, is totally broken.

There are NO funds for anything or anyone... Just

like for the schools .... The major places have lost

funding... Not good..


I was watching TV yesterday when of course I saw

the horrible tragedy at Ft. Hood.. Penny has a nephew

and his wife living there that she is quite concerned

about.. She has talked to them and they are ok.. Scared

but ok.. This is so awful.. There is no place that is safe

from those that want to harm us. I feel so bad for

those people.. 12 dead and 31 injured.. How awful...That

is all I am saying on that subject.. Its like religion or

politics.. I try not to go there either... some opinions

are best left unsaid.. :-)

Penny came today and we are all set for the week end.

She checked the mail and all my bills are in, so I should

not get anything else I HOPE! I need a nice quiet relaxing

weekend with some good food... Penny is making some

sandwich spread today.. Some call it ham salad..except

we don't use ham.. we use ring bologna... It has a lot

better taste... Ham is ok, but this is a lot better :-) I

am lending my grinder to Penny to take home for the

weekend.. She rented out her last room and shes very

glad.. She wants to make some sandwich spread for

her week end as well :-) She knows to be very careful

with my grinder as it was my moms.. Its very old.. but

works great...

Not a lot to write about today as nothing really is going

on here.. The boys are still in a snit.. They are quite

moody since Mark has left.. He paid them a lot of

attention and they sure miss that... Used up a lot of

excess energy that Dutch has too much of.. He is

sticking to me like glue.. He constantly wants me to hold

him which,for Dutch or LB, its NOT like them...

Ive been playing with them a lot and so has Penny..

Give them time and they will be fine.. :-)

Its lunch time and I have to eat so I can take

this pill... :-) So that means its post time and

for this GORGEOUS WEEBLE to warn ya....
