~Holiday Weekend~

I knew was a holiday week end but totally spaced out that

there is a parade.. I saw people every where, horses, even

a man walking towards the high school carrying a banjo.I

bet there were a dozen horses, but by the itme I got the

camera situated, well you see what I got.:-)
The house across and down 1 is having a yard sale..A

pretty big one.I saw them setting it up last night...As I'm

writing this I just heard the jets go over..They fly very low

over town here, to pay respect to some man that was a

special man in the service I think.. I am not sure. Its the

Blue Angels? those famous jets..There is an air show up

in Battle Creek, and hot air balloon lift off AND the monster

trucks will be there. :-)

I don't think there will be a freestyle show of the trucks tho..
I think they are just there to meet and greet fans.. I know I

enjoy watching them on tv..Every day theyre on, but only

some days is the free style where they go all over the cars

and stuff, I don't much care for the races, where they just

go in a circle. that's boring.. why I don't like nascar races..

now demoltion derbys or those kind of races..yes.. Ive

seen some really funny ones.. Those race tracks that are

like an 8 are fun..

Penny and Mike went up to the show, its at the airport..
They are taking 3 of Pennys grands with them.. Well its

all that will fit in Pennys little car ::-) She called it a gramma

and grandpa bonding day :-) Penny is a good gramma..

She promised to take pictures, specially of the hot air

balloons.. Ive seen them before but they still amaze me..
I would NEVER go up in one.. I would NOT enjoy it at all..

I don't fly for that reason.. I don't like heights ATALL.. I

have flown.. many times.. but I just had to quit it made me

so sick.. I flew to Hawaii at least once or twice a year to

spend with Gayle..Its a beautiful place...And now being in

a chair.. no.. I REALLY don't wanna fly.. My chair is NEVER

out of sight or reach if I am not in it...
Anyhoway.. I HAVE a sunflower !! Not real big, and I didn't

expect to see one open on that side..left of the back door,

looking OUT.. I see the buds on the ones on the right, they

will bloom pretty soon too! THEN the finches will come :-)
The new renters of the new birdhouse have had a heck of a

time getting the sticks in side..One is even stick out the

back! They must have it crammed full...How they fit in it I

have NO idea..I still would think the sticks would be so hard

to lay on.. Use grasses or something :-) I'm glad to see it

being used..I knew that flag was scaring them off..
Well Its lunch time and I'm hungry, I feel pretty ok.. I cant say
I SOUND the greatest though...My voice is awful.. Oh well..

I'm still a GORGEOUS WEEBLE.. but I gotta go..Happy

4th of July..Be careful ..Eat a hamburger for me :-)
I plan to make one for my lunch.. :-) I shall Return!! :-)
