~OhOh..I'm LATE!!~ :-)

It is such a gloomy blah day here today, and I sure feel it.. My feet have been on their toes all day long and just feel like they are going to explode there is so much pressure.. I honestly think the weather has something to do with it..It only stands to reason arthritis would set into the bone since it was just sawed in half - the flat end of it tells that.. Its a very strange feeling to be able to do that. To feel a full leg you dont feel the end of any bones well your toes..but its not the same feeling..As the muscles have deteriorated and become so very soft, when I lift my stump you can almost see the flat end of the bone, as the muscle would fall below it. I can run my finger around the end of my leg bone and feel the whole thing..Its very unusual feeling.. I remember when I would bump my shin ..well the middle of my lower leg, when I had them, and where the bone is closest to the surface..but its still not the same sort of feeling as being able to trace the shape of the whole top leg bone..The movement is still as thought it were still long.. I get asked that many many times. Has the amputation lessened the movement of my stump.? .well leg..and NO- it moves even more rapidly I think than it when it was a full leg. I can tap it very fast..I think the shortness of it is why...less to move!! The whole lower part is gone..so less weight..and well, I can just do a fine little bit of tappin now, let me hear a good song..a good old Rock & Roll or one of my very best favorites a polka..or some ragtime piano.. I can sure tap these babies right to the tune of a good song.. get this chair to movin' too you know lol.. I LOVE music, and one of my very best things to do was dance. I used to go to a bar about maybe 20 miles..or a half hour ride from my house, when my ex (2nd) was gone for a week end..or when he went away on a construction job.I didnt really drink, I had to have one to keep on the table, but I was interested in dancing. They had a live band, and most of them were really good..Was called Bud's Bar,it had a great dance floor and I spent EVERY song on it just about..well if there was someone I knew to dance with. They had a cook, they shut the kitchen down at 10 pm..the band quit at 2am, well he was a gay man..and the sweetest person. We had the best time together and talk about a dancing fool!!! He & I would dance till our feet almost would fall off ..we had a great time...He sure was a great dancer. He also had access to the fridge after the bar closed.lol yesss and WAS the COOK...he made some wonderful stuff for us when everyone finally left, usually he did the closing and shut down..and I would sit and keep him company and Of COURSE EAT lol I LOVED to dance and I LOVE music. THAT will never change either..I still LOVE shoes :-) I do..I enjoy looking at them ..I wore the highest Spikes I could..Loved them :-) I liked dressing up and looking good to go to work. I dress up every day and come to work at this computer :-) arent you just glad??? I havent said in a while..but I am SO pleased to read the daily comments. I am so grateful that you take the time to let me know..It sure means alot to me.. I like knowing its read and where every one is from. I feel like I have friends all over the world I like knowing its read..and links to me are out there. makes me feel kinda special...as though my 2 cents here is really a pretty good thing :-) Well back to the dancing note..Im gonna dance this chair ...yup..3 guesses..right out to that kitchen and find something..Lunch? well lets just avoid THAT subject you DONT wanna know..I could REALLY describe that ICK .would be a good word.. lol.. or CRAP I love that word..That old guy on Everybody loves Raymond..his "CRAP!" love that guy..Raymond? well I will avoid THAT subject too!!! Just in case he reads this HAHA, now the Robert on there? welllllll HE can read this ALLLL HE WANTS TO.. or that cutie face on Prison break..Wentworth someone ..what EYES!!! handsome man and a GREAT show... Ok publish & kitchen here I come ..HA! Dutch just ran out there ...I swear this cat can read..he was watching me type.!!!
