I was talking to Raelynn today about gardens.. she has a

nice kinda big one she says.. I would Love to have one..

but I had thought about getting a plant for inside here. I

could put it in the spare room.. get plenty of light..not direct

but lots of it.. and if I kept the door closed the AC wouldn't

get to it.. I would love to have my own home grown tomato's

I have been telling everyone I know that has a garden to

PLEASE remember me~!~ :-) I want some green ones so

bad.. I may call my sis tonite..she goes to all the flower

places to get all her stuff for her yard..so she may run into

a good deal.. If I kept the plant in there then I wouldn't worry

about this animal I have that may wreak havoc on a plant..

Why I don't have any real ones in here ..he was always

digging in them..so I would have to keep Dutch OUT of

that room for sure... I told Raelynn I would gladly take all

her leftover tomato's and can them if I could..she thought

that was a good idea..nothing like fresh canned tomato's

in sauce ..M M M..

When I had my garden in Indiana..was huge.. and I canned

anything and everything.. I made some killer jams..and I

did all the fruit and veggies.. at one time I even did some

fish..put it in a brine.. was pretty good with onions and

green peppers in it too.. that was a popular way to fix fish

up north especially northern pike that was so boney then

the bones would just disintegrate, same thing sardines do

although I don't like fish like that.. Smoked? now that's a

horse of a different color.. Smoked fish is really great..The

taste.. My brother had just gotten some once when I had

gone there for the week end.. I forgot what kind of fish it

was.. hmm , but I do remember how good it was.. :-)

I told Raelynn I am gonna take a photo of her and I and

post it here in this blog.. She laffed..thought I was kidding

hehehe (she doesn't KNOW me with a camera) lol... I

told her one day next week we will go outside and take

some.. Its supposed to be super hot here tomorrow ..if its

worse than today I may as well just leave this AC on.. I

can just SEE my electric bill..If this is a sign of how hot

a summer we're gonna have . Lord.. I can see it written

on the wall already.. HIGH electric bills..but I honestly

don't have any choice.. I just cant breathe in the heat. I

try to keep it constant temperature in here all the time..

and its a battle lol...but with out the AC -- I cant open

my windows.. they wind out.. I cant even reach the locks

to unlock them if I wanted to open them..they're the windy

out kind.. and there are 2 locks top and bottom I can just

barely reach the bottom one.. I have screens for them but

when Dutch, of course, was a baby I had the screens in,

and the window open..well fooey..he saw a bird, climbed

the screen popped that screen right out..and LUCKILY

when that screen fell, it came inside..not out..or the chase

would have been on.. Couldn't you just see that cat getting

out? lol... I don't think he would know what to do..Probly

scare the daylights out of him...

When I lived in Indiana I had just gotten a new kittie,, I

named her Dolly, she was pitch black and under her chin

she had a patch of white shaped into a heart..well you

would have thought this would have been a sweetie of

a cat.. well.. first.. when she was tiny.. my ex brother n

law and his wife came over..when they left..this was dead

of winter now..very very cold.. when they left..Dolly just

sneaked out too.. About a half hour later I got to looking

for her..and she was no where..Well David went to take

some trash out..and when he came right back in he

was holding the CAT!!! she had gotten out..and was so

cold she was shaking horrible..She looked at us and

you could see how mad she was like WE locked her out.

She jumped down out of David's hands and ran.. From

that time on NO ONE could reach out and touch that

cat.. I did but she knew not to slap at me- I slap back..

she did everyone else. and when that front door opened?

she ran like crazy making sure what ever sucked her

outside when she was little didn't get her again LOL.

Well I'm squeakin again..and I have some meat pie left

over out there in the kitchen.. Hmmm I think I hear it

yellin at me..:-) maybe its those strawberries...I DID
leave the cover ON the sugar too.. I told Raelynn about

that last nite the kittie prints in the sugar.. She laffed I

told her to make SURE she didn't leave that lid off.. I

don't know HOW this cat spots all these things to get into

he must prowl as soon as he sees I'm asleep lol.. thinkin

'well mom ain't lookin' lol.. bet he dreams of stuff to do..

he sleeps hard and plays hard. I woke up this morning,

I just opened my eyes..I could fee his fur next to my face..

GAWDDDD yesss. was his BUTTTT !!!! I pushed him

down off MY PILLOW..and had to laff..maybe that's what

woke me up smellin a little furry kittie butt Lord.. ain't

we a bunch here ..pitiful... :-) nitey nite :-D
