~No Lid on The Can...AGAIN~

After I posted last nites blog I went into the kitchen, looked out

my window, and I could see part of my garbage can sticking out

from the garage. The lid was NOT on it AGAIN. It may have been

stuffed inside I couldn't see if it was or not. It was already after

5 so I knew the office would more than likely be closed. So I

waited until 9 this morning to call the office of Michiana Recycling

and tell them for the 5th as in FIFTH time..that the garbage man

did NOT put the lid back on my garbage can AGAIN.. I explained

to her that the last time I called they deliberately jammed the lid

inside the can so hard Penny had a very hard time to pull it out.

She informed me the man had been with the company 8 years

and said he DOES put the lid on.. So ONE of us is lying.Im not.

I also explained the fact that I cannot go out there and put the lid

back on and that I only have a care giver here 3 days a week and

it was NOT her JOB to put the lid back on my can. That was their

job.. She asked repeatedly if I wanted to cancel service, which I
probly should have as I know whom ever this driver is will get

smart just like he did last time when he jammed the lid inside it.

I told her that if she wanted me to pay my bill then she can come

here or the driver and put the lid back on my can where they had

taken it off of.. I also informed her that I was taping the conversation

and that If I had to call again that if this happened I would consult

legal advice for this negligence and disregard for my health since

this was VERY upsetting to me that I had informed her of the fact

that I had heart problems and was in a wheel chair..all thru the

whole conversation.. I also informed her that I would be writing

this blog tonite and I Hope the meta crawlers pick up on their

name and whomever may be considering using their services

would read what I have to say and if they decide to use them to

be prepared to put their own lid back on their garbage cans..

I got a phone call from a friend while I was still in a snit about this

and they informed me that that happens to them most of the time

and they just go out and put the lid back on no biggie..Or if it

was something more drastic.meet the garbage man offer him

some money and hopefully from then on he will do a better job.

Well then the guy is getting paid twice for doing ONE job.. I

didn't agree..Hes getting paid..then he needs to do his job, and

that includes putting the lid back on my garbage can.. I talked

to Dawn that is a supervisor there that repeatedly informed me

that she was NOT calling me a liar about my lid but the driver

assured her the lid WAS and HAS been put back on the can,

and that in 8 years no one else has called to complain about

this driver..Well then someone is the liar here..we both cant

be lying..and I KNOW im NOT.. This is not a major thing to most

just a tiny minute thing..as well "so what" but if someone is

going to do a job..then do it..and do it right..For me this is an

upsetting thing.. to see that lid not on the can, water or snow

getting into it.. and I CANT go out there and fix it..THAT is a

big major difference. IF I could go out there and do it I probly

maybe would..BUT I would STILL call the company and I

would complain..They need to do their jobs..

THat is the same thing for me.. I have a new job now, to learn

to live in a chair..Im doing the very best I can..and If I do a good

job at this..I can make it thru and hopefully by doing a good job

it wont be so hard.. Im getting paid for it.. Im still breathing..and

I can still smile, and laff and still say I am GORGEOUS.. and

DONT call me a fibber on that one either :-D Doing a good job

gets easier the more you do it the RIGHT way and the way its

supposed to be done..and hopefully you will benefit from it,

no matter what form the pay is in...money or living ...

I have not eaten all day..and I close every one of my posts just

about, writing about food..hmmm...wonder what that means?

I like food I hope lol.. As much as I like it though you would

think I would weigh 900 pounds.. I guess I don't is because I

don't really eat a lot of fattening stuff or candy or sweets.. I do

get my doughnuts and I did eat a whole pumpkin pie last week

ALL by myself.. well.... I didn't eat any other sweets the rest of

that week though..so I was good. But food is a good thing,

and its one thing everyone knows and does care about..:-)

I don't know what I am going to fix, they did bring lunch but it

looks awful and it came with carrots..and I don't need to say

about those things.. I know when I go out into my kitchen I

wont be fixing them :-) But before I can go and eat I have to

write my famous GORGEOUS weeble words "nitey nite"...
