~Quietness~

Quiet day today, not a whole lot going on at all.. I had a sort

or rough night last nite and got up a few times, and just

could not seem to get to sleep. I couldn't find my nitro so

I just had to lay a while to ease the discomfort.. This bed is

ok..its not too bad. I had Penny put another quilt on it so it

would be a little more padded and I wouldn't notice the

plastic mattress.. Its working tho. I havent used the clicker

to see if the head and feet raise..I am so scared to , If

one of the boys were under there they could get hurt..I

have so many pillows I don't need to raise the head of

it anyway..and I don't reach the foot part of the bed.. I

only take up half of it.. Too bad they don't make beds

for short people :-)

Penny and I talked about the yard and she offered to help

me clean it up a bit..it sure needs it.. The back out here

by the garage is a mess and sure could use raked and

the branches picked up. By the garage is a bush of some

kind and down below it something is growing, may be

some flowers or something, I told Penny that I will go out

with her and help her to do some of the work.. I used to

love to work out in my garden.. I had the best time.. I would

pull weeds..and gently cut off dead blooms..and I even

would sit and talk to the flowers and tell them how much

joy they gave me and I enjoyed looking at how beautiful

they were..and It was amazing it seemed to make them

just do so good.. My roses were the most beautiful and

you could smell them from a long way away..The daisys

stood tall and just seemed to smile..and my morning

glories just grew all over and were just lovely.. Talking

to them helps I think..:-) plus it helped me too.. :-)

I still don't feel very well today and this is going to be very

short post.. I am so exhausted today and its because of

the spell I had last nite.. I think lots of rest today was and

is my only choice.. I had some severe chest pains that

really worried me. They lasted quite a while..I couldn't

find my nitro , but I did have Penny go and get a refil

today for me.. When I am up and sitting I get so weak

that I have no choice but to lay it down.. and that is the

case now.. I cleaned out my Inbox and came here to post

and I THink that is enough excitement for one day..I am

headed back to my bed and watch TV for a while..The

boys are already in there waiting for me.. Don't worry, I

think it was just a case of some bad angina..ive had

this before but not as severe as it was last nite and I

think that's the reason for my sluggishness today...

I have some toast made and waiting for me and I am

going to put some pimento cheese spread on it.. I

love that stuff.. Probly wont like my stomach but I hope

it wont act up today .. I don't any more potty trips than

I really have to have .. Its time to rest even though it is

early and time to say "nitey nite"
