~Stuff's Growin~

Ive been noticing the progress of the leaves outside on the trees

and I even notice leaves coming out on the rose bush here by

the back door and over by the garage.. The leaves are getting

more and more every day.. Under the rose over by the garage

is a huge tree like thing, its getting green, but I have NO idea

what it is.. around the base are some long green leaves coming

up that look as though they may be those day lillies I don't think

they are anything else as the leaves are narrow and slender. I

am anxious to see what comes up..


There is a nice little rose bush by the back door and I can see

some places where it sure needs cut back.. There are dead

roses still on it from last year.. I wish I could get out there and

prune it and plant some morning glories on that fence.. the

flower bed right below the window has stuff growing in it too,

but I cant see what it is.. That would make a nice raised bed.

its triangle shape from the back door to the edge of the fence

and then back to the house.. Its nice size..Some daisies would

look so nice in it.. or over there by the garage.. I love daisies..

they were my mothers favorite .

My favorite flower I think is the rose, and I love the one called

Peace..its a lovely yellow one.. My sister has a rose bush that

has lavender roses on it..its just gorgeous..She has a huge

yard and usually her daughter Bev and grand Amy come over

and fix Shirleys yard for her.. She used to spend hours out

there fixing them all just like I did.. Its amazing how she and

I are so alike.. and not being raised together so I think all

this likeness was planted in each of us when we were thought

of ...She sews and crafts just like I do too..she and I both can

draw..and have a "thing" about clothes..she is worse than me

though..she gets stuff and never even wears them and until

she goes thru her closets she forgets she has them..which is

ok cuz by then shes gotten new again and I get the old stuff..

I did find out about the riding mower out in the yard..It belongs

to Chris.. he said he would come by later today and cut the

rest of the grass..he wondered who had cut it..and if it was

the city and then there was a fine.. He was glad to know that

Robert did it.. He said he would come by and do the rest of

it.. only the back needs it.. That back yard would be a great

spot for a pool.. wishful thinking...I told him I thought someone

had given it to me and told me to cut my own grass...he did

laugh at that... As of 4 oclock he wasn't here yet.. I wonder

if he has another house up for rent that would be more

suited to me? I should ask.. One that is at least ground level

then I could get in and out so much easier..

I made some spaghetti sauce out of that ground meat Donnie

brought me.. Im so glad he remembered.. It smells great.. I

may ask him to help me move my bedroom around so I can

get into my closet.. I think Penny and I could move the bed, its

on wheels..but the TV and dresser I think would be too much..

I could use my tray table and slide the TV on to it..and I bet if

I took the drawers out of that chest I could move that too...I

need to figure out a plan of attack then that way I don't have

to ask Donnie to help me. I will figure something out... But

I do need to move it around..its not working this way.. I will

ask Penny tomorrow she will be here..She called earlier and

was at the Dr with her grand daughter...she felt so bad for

her.. hard when kids get hurt and watch them in misery..and

not a thing you can do..

Well I know what I can do..go and cook some angel hair pasta

and put some of that great sauce over it..and just eat up a

sweat...I know its gonna be good.. I did toast some of my

cinnamon raisen bread..that was real good then I dunked it

in my coffee..that made it even better and not so hard on my

bottom gums.. I am going to get my dentures this summer . I

am so tired of not eating what I want cuz I cant bite it or chew

anything hard..Getting very old.. I miss my popcorn..I loved

that stuff its such a good snack..and very little calories which

I desperately need to keep this GORGEOUS WEEBLE in

tune lol..ok not fat then :-)... "nitey nite"...
