~Snoozy Day~

I had to take a nap today which I havent had to do in a

long time.. I did go to bed late, well no I was in bed, but I

had so many things going on in my head that I just did

not fall asleep.. a couple times I dozed off but then I woke

up again.. I hate when I sleep like that then its like not getting

any sleep at all.. I will wake up.. I always have to look at the

time..squinting of course cuz its over on the cable box which

is on top the TV across the opposite corner of my bedroom.. I

have always it seems had to have a clock where I can know

what time it is.. But I slept for awhile laying down, then I sat

up for a while and slept that way, then back.. I hate when I

sleep really restless, I think that's why Im tired today..

I havent done a bloody thing but make phone calls....

I had to call my doctor again to get a new prescription for arm

rests for this chair..they are so bad its caused a rash on my

left elbow..that is so red and hot and itchy ..just awful.. I even

wake up from it..it will start to itch and the heat of it..its really

warm.. I have super long nails..and when I scratch it..well if

you scratch an itch it just irritates it and makes it itch more.. I

had to get up last nite and put a cold wash cloth on it to sort

of ease it off.. Was really acting up..I think the rash is from my

arm rest but Im not sure it could be from my computer desk..

I put most of my weight on that arm when I am there, specially

if I am just going thru email or playing a game of spider.. I have

had to put a cushion on the desk to rest it on.. Ive been using

the blue gel..but it just isnt doing anything for it..in fact I would

say it itches more after I use it. If it doesn't clear soon I will have

the doc take a look .. I don't need any problems with my arms..

my fingers give me enough fits.. and besides I have enough

problems anyway I don't need anymore..

I did have some good news today though.. Im pleased.. I got a

mail first, as Michele had been trying to call and I was talking to

Blue in Australia..well my chair is ready to be delivered.. She said

someone else could deliver it today or I can wait till she is in town

next week Thursday, which I would love to have it..but we have to

do more work in here to find a good place to put it..and this kitchen

needs finished.. I wish I could get Donnie or someone to come

and spend the day just to do these things.. move stuff to the base

ment, put in my phone jacks in the bedroom and bathroom..and I

would like a shelf hung here in the living room that was out in the

kitchen.. so many little , not hard, jobs to do.. But there is no way

Donnie could spend that much time here with all he is involved in.

Hes trying so hard to finish his garage, and that comes first..

I still have not heard from Chris.. I have left him 2 messages on his

cell phone.. He better sign that lease or it will null out my CMH grant

here.. I have no idea what his problem is..he probly figgures if he

comes to get that check he has to finish all this stuff.. well if he wants

it he better.. Ive just really had enough of this man..he just is not

honorable and does not keep his word and that really eats my lunch.

Its been so hot here its awful..was 97 yesterday..Poor Chris the lunch

lady- even though she drives..was sweating and hot.. she said today

was the same thing its horrible outside.. I know my poor little AC is

just running its patootie off. I dread - dread seeing my electric bill..I
hope it isnt too high.. I cant afford to trade stamps for cash this month

with my freezer empty..that has to be restocked..

I heard about a new thing..its all over the USA from what I read..and

its a really good thing..its online called the Angel Food Ministries..

its really great..The lady came by here even to sign me up for it..I

can get food so much cheaper and that's what I need.. She said that

they would even deliver it for me..that's so very nice.. I told her that...

so many places wont go out of their way at all to help someone like

me..but this lady is from the Church of God here in town.. its thru

the churches...some are so good.. helping.. some arent.. like the

huge Baptist one here.. They don't even have a vehicle to pick up

wheel chair members of their church... but they support missionaries

and not people in their own towns.. what a shame.. I watched that

parking lot fill up..there were over 15 of us that would have gone to

that church..but when I called to ask about a van or bus the pastor

said "no..we have a bus for our youth but not for wheelchairs." You

would have to find a way here.." I asked if they had missionaries,

he said yes they do. yet they cant provide a bus for their own people

in their own town to be able to go to church..now..what is wrong with

that picture? Im not against helping other countries, or peoples..but

start in your own family first, then the town, state, country..in order

of priority.. my family comes first, my friends are my family as well.

Religion and politics I try very hard to avoid talking about .. I am

very open about everything but I do know when to keep my opinions

about certain things to myself :-D I learned that a long time ago..

Well anyway.. I will be getting my new chair next week and hopefully

I will have my house ready and all straight and have a place to put

it I think in the bathroom would be the best place..theres more room

in there...its as big as my kitchen..this house is square, just divided

into 4 rooms all the same size..well except for the kitchen cuz of

the stairs.. I just wish Chris took care of it...Time for some supper

and I am tired still so early to bed, early to rise, makes a GORGEOUS
WEEBLE healthy wealthy and wise.. :-) don't I wish.."Nitey Nite"
