~Crunches~

The snow has started again.. The weatherman I heard Last

night said by Thursday we could be measuring it in FEET !

Penny came today and we checked to make sure I had enuff

of everything, just in case we do get snowed in.. Only thing I

really make sure of is food for the boys..and litter of course.

I was so glad Penny came today, I had gotten up during the

night and needed some water and I rolled up to the table to

put some of my lime kool aid in it..well I hit BOTH of the dry

cat food bowls under there..naturally it went EVERYWHERE.

As I roll back to assess the damage I hear CRUNCH, CRUNCH,

CRUNCH ! I ran over a ton of those tiny pieces of cat food,

I just sat for a minute trying to decide just how badly did I really

need to clean that up? I had to if I was going to make coffee

later..It was like 2 am, when this happened, I knew I would be up

about 6..so it was just a matter of how WELL I felt, and I wasnt A 1.

I did get some of it up..but I had to stop.. I wasn't feeling good

and my arms just ached awful Im not allowed to use the broom

or the mop cuz I just make matters worse when I do.. I need

a broom the size of a fireplace one..that would be perfect.

Penny hangs the broom and mop on the wall going down to

the basement..and I cant reach them from the top.. I get

nervous when I roll face on to a flight of steps.. to me its scarey...

I did get some of my mess cleaned up and poor Penny got stuck

doing the rest which she didn't mind at all... Im not a messy person

and I like things put back where they were from..and I try to clean

up the best I can- I made the mess..Penny is here to HELP me..and

she does so much just doing shopping and laundry and keeping it

nice in here..I can help...But I didn't do a lot on this mess but I told

her I wasn't feeling well and she scolded me for trying to clean it up and

I should have left it for her.. Shes a good kid..

She was telling me, pretending to be crying "Lois, my babyboy turns

21 tomorrow, and theyre having a baby" as she walks away she said

the same as me .."Where did the time go?" I look at Kelli...where did

those years go? I look at myself.. and wonder... I think whats really

amazing..I look at old photos of my self with legs..Ive put many here..

but I notice as time goes on.. I don't remember the act of really walking,

of FEELING the process of feet hitting the ground..feeling the hot or

cold .. I feel my feet now, yes..but they feel.. I guess the right word is

mutant almost..Usually I feel them as twisted sometimes in different

directions..I feel them being sort of squeezed..or on their toes. its not

a good feeling sometimes..

As far as me feeling today, I am better, But as you see this is posted

early as I am going to go and lay it down and get out of this chair.. I

stayed up this morning since I guess 630... Im tired.. Still snowing,

and the roads are covered.. glad my road to my bed is only covered

with carpet.. "Nitey Nite".. :-)
