~Theresa Made It~

Theresa was here today, I almost didnt expect her. After the
storm we had yesterday I was surprised at how good the roads

were. We had rain..then snow.. north of us was really bad.

My niece said was horrible up by her, the snow fell at over

and inch an hour..and last she heard they had over 8 inches

of that white stuff.. We didn't get near that..we got about 3

or 4 maybe..it was the ice and rain before it that was So

bad.. I heard on TV that it was the worse day for many states

for horrible weather.. That there were 78 tornadoes from one

storm cell that went across 2 or 3 states... was really bad,

Then it sent crap up here to us.. The weather is changing so

much I can see it here how different it is year to year...


Theresa and I had a good visit..but we always do..she is just

a good person..a very gentle timid sort of lady.. and so pretty.

She is very good at her job.. She loves the boys and gives

them a lot of attention while she is here, of course LB loves her

most I think..he will go up and lay right next to her as close as

he can get..then if she touches him he purrs and rolls on to his

back so she can rub his soft belly.. I showed her how Dutch

loves his lazer.. This cat goes almost nutz .. he loves this thing.

She laughed so hard at how fast he goes.. She commented on

how active and what good exercise.. I put the lazer over by LB

so he could see it.. he just sat and stared at it.. didn't make a

move.. She thought that was so cute.. I told her hes just a big

Garfield.. She had a cat for 13 years and he died.. she has

hesitated to get another she grieved for the one she had..and

is sort of afraid to get attached to another pet..I told her tho..
there are so many that need HER though.. and she and her kids

could give some poor cat..or dog..that lost his master and is

grieving.. and they could be a good support for each other.. I

hope she does.. I could see when she touched LB that she

misses a kittie..

We talked about my grant..and she said she will get me the

paper I need to assure me I have no worries.. She also agreed

that I should look for another place.. LB started to really wheeze

and cough when she was here..and I think hes gotten 10 times

worse..since being here... She thinks this is a cute little house..

and it is.. for someone with legs.. I would LOVE this place if I

did.. I could do wonders with it.. Its just not good for a chair..

She said she would keep her eyes and ears open and see what

she can find ... I told her the finding is the easy part.. its the MOVE

that is the buggar.. To pack this all up again..and go thru the

awful expense of moving.. I would do it for a better place, but I

dread the expense..

She has trouble with siatica too.. She has even gone to a doctor

about it.that told her the best things to do is to lay flat with your legs

up against something.. I know my ex brother in law..the only way he

could relieve his was to lay on the floor and put his legs up on the

couch.. I do that.. I prop my stumps up at night.. but sometimes if

its really bad like its been the past few days.. I found if I lay flat as

I can..it helps ease it.. I cant lay flat for a long period of time.. I have

a hiatial hernial.. that will give me fits if I do.. that's why I have 3

pillows under my head.. Last nite wasn't too bad..and today I am

finding I have to sit a certain way so that it doesn't flare up.. Its not

a really lady like way to sit.. but I am sitting with sort of my stumps

spread to kind of even the weight of my body and it helps for a

little while.. This will go away..just takes time..

Im going to go away too..but only to the kitchen and then to my

bed and lay flat for a while.. then I will do my stumpercizes as I

call them..and they help too.. wait for my favorite show to come

on..and hopefully I will make it through to the end of it.. :-) Time

for my GORGEOUS WEEBLE "nitey nite" :-)
