~BAD MOOD DAY~ :-(
I woke up in a horribly bad mood today and I think
the reason is cuz of the bill I got from CHARTER for
switching to their "BUNDLE". I wish NOW I hadnt.
I hate the phone service its really bad, and I have
NO choice but to have all those 'extra' things on
it like call waiting and forwarding and crap, I never
had them before and I DONT want them now.. I
HATE being put on hold.. and I would no more put

anyone I was talking to on hold.. I cant have them
taken off either. THAT sucks.. The bill I got is
for 239.68 .. Because I got the phone put on.. I
went over this bill with TOO MANY.. In fact I bet I
made at least 10 calls yesterday to CHARTER.. The
last guy I talked to said "I PROMISE, I will call
you back to make sure your phone is fixed". Ya
RIGHT.. guess how many times he called me back..
HE DIDNT.. but that is par for the course with
these companys...
So needless to say my week end is ruined and I woke
up in a very bad mood.. They did NOT tell me this.. I
have a recording of the conversation! Some companies
are buggars and they tell us all the time "this phone
call MAY be recorded".. well after I'm DONE with the
calls I tell them THEN that Ive recorded the call..
They don't say WHEN you have to tell someone .. just
that you tell them.. so.. I choose to tell these stinkin
companys AFTER :-) I never did record them before,
but I did with Verizon. I proved just what their person
told me to PROVE they were wrong... I did the same
with CHARTER. I talked to 7 different people today.
The last one was a guy named James, so lets see if HE
keeps HIS word since no one else at CHARTER CABLE
seems to be able to..

so mad I hung up on them... I am seriously thinking of
getting rid of them and going to a dish.. The service
Charter gives is FAR FAR from professional.. The people
they have working for them are not qualified at all.. I
think cuz the job situation is so bad they are hiring any

for a supervisor and got no where! I know I'm sick of
it and I bet your tired of reading all my drama with
these companys.. I know I am VERY SICK OF IT.. My
whole week end that I like to relax and not think of
worrysome things.. well not possible now.. :-(
It is a beautiful day out though.. At 10 am it was 61
outside.. sunny and warm.. maybe my furnace wont come
on now, Ive turned the thermostat down so I don't
think it will.. I am so ready to shut it off and get rid
of the gas bill.. last one 117.oo... This new place is nice,
I love it.. but I am wondering did I bite off more than
I can chew as far as expenses go.
Today is my greatgrandsons party. I wont be going though.
Ive not been to Kelli's and I KNOW there will be lots of
people there, Jorge has a large family.. I'm sure Donnie
will go and Kelli's sisters, Amber and Nikki... I am so glad
its a beautiful day for it, now they can enjoy the party
outside which makes it so much easier and Kelli has a huge
yard... I don't think her Papa will be coming up from LA
though, hes been sick but I think Donnies folks will be
coming from Wisconsin.. I'm not sure... I forgot to ask!
Which for nosey me that's surprising :-)
I'm going to drown my woes in sewing today, turn the radio
on and make some of the things Ive been threatening to
make.. I want to make a lighter cover for those disposable
bic lighters.. and I will... :-) Plus I have to finish up the stuff
for Alex and I have been browsing online looking for power
ranger fabric to make some things for Tyler.. he LOVES the
power rangers.. So hopefully I can find some fabric for him.
I bet I know a store that has it- its named Sister Shirley's.
:-) IF she doesn't I'm gonna be surprised...

My advice? Stay away from cable companys and get a dish. I
wish I had now.. Save all this crap and aggravation. I hope your

Yes with the bundle you get it all, on mine I have caller ID and call waiting and that all...No long distance on mine...I use my cell for that...I also try to keep everything as cheap as possible...call waiting very important when you are waiting on a call and still need to use the phone for other thing...So important not to lose that call that I have been waiting for...Dr offices don't call you back when they can't get you...
And that can get you pretty upset too...

Communications can be expensive, but I suddenly got a $7,500 electric bill. I will talk to my attorney over that one. I pay $45.00 a month or so for phone, and another $% for modem. It is my tv that is expensive. I will temporarily cut back on tv. I am the only one who watches it.

With so many people out of a job, you'd think these firms could be VERY picky about who they employ, not just take anybody. Over here, it's the same - "We'll call you back" and they never do. Only a farmers' co-0perative called "Mole Valley Farmers" always does. I guess they don't want to face irate farmers!!
Don't let these guys get your blood pressure up - it's not good for a Weeble!!

I thought I would save having this bundle.. but it seems crappy.. Charter service is awful.. The help is pathetic, they have no idea and just pass you along to anyone..
I would stroke out with a electric bill THAT high.. WOW... something is wrong.. lighting up a city block are ya? lol...
Good help is hard to find.. no matter what the job.. they need to train them better...
