~Ive Been Playin'~

Ive been playing in Microsoft works word today, trying

to print out my own address labels.. I used to get some

sent to me by different organizations but since ive

moved Ive not gotten any.. Some were really nice, and

I always send a small donation to these ones that send

them.. Usually the ASPCA or the Disabled Vets send a

few to me.. I wish they would !!! :-) The Avery addy

things that Penny picked up for me, of course its not

programmed into Works..the other one is.. that they

DONT sell... not here anyway.. I called and asked and

they wanted my email and my phone number and all

this stuff. I don't give that out.. specially not to just

be able to print address labels.. But the woman from

AVERY gave me all kinds of crap wanting all that info.

So.. 3 guesses what I said.. " I will take them back and

get another kind that DOES work". Solved THAT little

ditty right there !! Penny will return them to Wal Mart

and get the kind or number that is listed lol.. EASY.. I

should have thought about that before I sent her the

first time !! Now shes got to do a return.. oh well.. she

doesn't mind and I'm grateful for that..

I have a call in to Joe to see if Carl will come over and

put up these new curtain rod brackets.. I am so tired

of looking at my new curtains still in the bag .. I want

them on my WINDOWS !! :-) So I am patiently waiting

to see if he calls back.. I asked Donnie to do up an

estimate of how much it would cost for a 10 X 10 deck

out back.. So theyre going to draw up one for me to

give to Joe.. If he wont do it then I will just save up

until I have enough.. A ramp wont work.. the step is

too narrow and If I went out that door slightly crooked

I could go off that step.. and that makes me nervous..
With a deck out there across the whole back of the

house I wouldn't worry... but that step is not good.. Look

at the photo.. you can see the step and how narrow it

is.. and with the door open, even smaller.. I will wait

and see what Joe says, I know Donnie did a great job

at his farm when he built that deck on the house.. was

great.. except he didn't have a railing like I want on

mine.. I need the railing for flowers !!!

We are having RAIN today and let me tell ya I sure

KNOW it.. My girls are just achey big time today.. I

looked on wunderground at the radar and I have a

friend in Illinois that is getting dumped on now, and

theyre sending it right on up here to me.. Oh well

I got lots to do in here.. I have lots of little things

like paying my bills which I LOVE to do.. Oh.. the go

round Ive been having with Verizon? about that

check for $117.oo ? I got the buggar BACK to day

FROM VERIZON !!! They had it ALL this time, since

FEBRUARY and these people didn't know what to do

with it cuz it had no account number on the check,

however it WAS sent with a bill.. so I dunno WHAT

their problem is.. 3 guesses how long its gonna take

me to put that check that has given me a headache

and caused me to scream and yell back into the mail

to them?? :-) I bet they grow OLD waiting.. :-) well..

THEY HAD it.. some idiot just didn't know what

to do with it... I sure coulda told them what to do

with it.. :-) wad it up and STICK IT is what they can

do with it :-) sorry, but I expected better from a

company that big.. But try calling them it almost takes

an Act of Congress to get to talk to who you need to.

Pitiful.. I hate calling these companys.. Press 1 .. Press

2.. I press 0 .. and get right through.. :-)

Well its time to press the button on this chair to "GO"

Ive not had lunch and I'm hungry.. What we, Penny and

I, are gonna have I don't know.. She will find something.

Shes good at that AND cooking it.. Well she cooks for

12 every night for supper.. and no complaints :-) Its a

breeze to just cook for 2 :-) Time to post and put my

HUNGRY GORGEOUS WEEBLE "g'day, g'day". :-)
