~Pine Cones for Marys Hubby~

I took photos of the pinecones and I thought it turned

out really neat looking.. Mary's hubby wanted to see them.

Since Carl and his wife raked them all up I havent seen

nary a one on the ground!.. But I was looking out and saw

some up in the tree, so I took this photo thru the back

door. Kinda neat.. Its a really pretty tree but boy that

thing when it sheds those cones its like pinecone heaven

for the squirrels... :-) which I have seen quite a few out

there.. Over by Carls bird feeder. I guess the birds

just arent used to food being over here, all that comes

here are those huge blackbirds that Dutch almost drools

over :-)
The other day Penny made hash from a left over beef

roast.. and you can see she had help.. That cat is so

nosey.. he watches everything. Penny really likes Dutch.

She has a Siamese, that is really mean.. it likes her son

better than her ! So, shes giving that cat to him and she

is getting a new baby kittie from Kathy, her sister had

kitties.. well her CAT did.. 4 but one died.. Penny said

they are so cute, tigers and a black one.. 2 girls and a

boy. I thought about taking one but I don't wanna go

thru the neutering and having to watch so carefully and

with my boys, I don't know how much they would like it

specially as mean as they have been to each other lately.

Although maybe a baby might give Dutch someone else

to play with .. When LB isnt in the mood hes mean if Dutch

pesters him.. his ears go back.. he turns sideways and

gives the boy a look that says "come on punk".. and the

old boy jumps straight up and lands on Dutch.. slapping

his face really hard... They have fought so bad that I

have found big clumps of cat fur-I let them- I aint getting

between 2 armed cats.. their claws are deadly.. :-) I let

them fight it out, well, unless I hear a horrible scream or

something and one of them is being held down by the neck,

then mom steps in and yells.. usually works.. they don't

wanna contend with mom.. theyre smart cats ! :-)

My sis phoned last nite and I believe I wrote I bet I knew

where I could find Power Ranger material.. I was right!
At the Sister Shirley Store :-) She has batman, Spiderman,

all of the super heroes AND the cartoons.. like Mickey

Mouse, Taz... Shes very well stocked.. But then when you

have a lot of grand kids to sew for all liking different

things.. you have to have a variety.. AND, I did tell her I

have a Penny made doily for her.. so I did good. But I

kinda figured Shirley would have some material ...
Ive not seen the black kittie in 3 days. I'm worried about

her/him.. I saw the orange one over there this morning,

but no black one.. I hope its just had kitties or something

and not hit by a car or something.. The way the cars go

down this street is TOO fast.. There are speed limits

out there but no one pays attention.. There are a lot of

kids and animals in this little section of town.. Kids walking

home from school plus playing everywhere, riding bikes.

Plus all the cats I see running loose.. 4 that I have counted.

a black, a tiger and 2 yellows... The tiger I havent seen in

ages.. last I saw him he was walking right up to my back

door then slipped around the side of the house to where

I don't know.. I hope the black kittie is ok...

I did hear from CHARTER, read "bad mood day" comments. He,

Eric, has referred me to someone else and I am waiting

to see if they call me.. If they are like the others that

have said they would call me back to check my phone or

cable , I wont hear from them.. I am most displeased

with CHARTER.. I thought comcast was bad. HA ! I refuse

to pay double .. and I wont.. anyhoway...............

Ive been working on some designs for bags and I am putting

together a cover for those disposable bic lighters.. I like a

cover on mine.. I used to have a zippo which are great, but

to fill them and the smell of the lighter fluid I don't like. I

carried one in my pants pocket one time, the fluid dripped

out and actually burnt a spot on my hip the shape of the

lighter.. I used disposable after that.. I keep a lighter on

my desk all the time and some in my drawer.. to light incense

or candles.. and you know me.. I like pretty.. I looked online

for a cover and the one I saw was beautiful.. SILVER ! with

mother of pearl inlays.. cost.. 25.oo.. so.. I will make one out

of cloth.. I saw them online.. of course no pattern.. but I

can figure it out.. which I have, I just need to decide which

fabric I want to use.. :-)

What I'm gonna use now is this chair to go out and find

some food.. I'm hungry.. which you knew since I always

am by the time I post this.. so anyway.. its GORGEOUS
WEEBLE "g'day, g'day" time , posting then eatin'! in

that order :-)
