~My Helper~

Dutch, the helper
Rainy, rainy and gloomy. These kind of days are really

good days for playing indoors :-) For me, my playing was

well IS, sewing :-) I decided I needed to really get on

the stick and get something done. I have great lighting

in my kitchen a nice fan light right above my machine,

so gloomy outside has no bearing.. To sew you HAVE to

have good lighting. Ive been making some of the BIC

lighter covers with matching cases. I don't condone

smoking but those that do like cases. I'm making some

credit card cases too and printing out some cards for

Penny and Donnie. You see I had a helper too... :-)
Look at Dutch's face :-) He aint happy!

I had to wind a bobbin, which I KNEW, as soon as I did

it would get his attention..just like my printer does when

I print something.. He unthreaded my machine at least 3

times.. I finally told him to stop and you see my finger

and the look I got.. Hes such a stinker. He had fun tho.
He lays right up behind the machine and so does LB. No

matter what room I'm in they come in there to mainly

sleep.. :-) The kitchen stays very sunny though till way

past noon and they like that..
Penny brought in some of the Lilly of the Valley. The

smell is wonderful.. She picked some of the green things

but I have NO idea what it is. Its pretty! The vase was

my mothers. She had special vases for certain flowers.

The lilacs or daffydills or the peonies.. For me, I sure

enjoy them but I HATE when I forget to put them up

at night, cuz I KNOW Dutch will have a go at them. I

have them right here next to me and I had to take them

into the kitchen when I was in there.. :-) I'm still a

flower child, taking flowers with me where ever I go :-)
I notice since ive been doing a lot of sewing which gives

my hands and arms a work out that my left thumb sure

has gotten a lot more painful.. I was showing Penny as

she has had the carpal tunnel surgery just like my sister

has.. I don't think I could ever have it done.. I wouldn't

be able to do anything ! Let alone transfer. I was French

braiding my hair, its gotten so long, almost to my waist.

I had to constantly stop and put my arms down to stop

them from aching, by the time I finished they were just

throbbing, needless to say I don't braid my hair too

often :-) Ive debated getting it cut.. be easier to take

care of.. well- I could just shave my head and buy wigs!
Ive threatened to do that specially when I have a bad

hair day, which happens WAY too often !! :-)
I need to do some more sewing and finish these projects

I started. I might need some lunch tho.. I kinda feel a

tad hungry :-) Although when I eat, then I need a nap,

so.. maybe AFTER I finish my projects would be better,

still got to put my GORGEOUS WEEBLE "hiya !" post and

get to work before I'm fired ;-)
