~Kittie On Desk~ :-)

Now you see what Dutch does to get attention.. He is SO

bad .. Look at his feet on my monitor, keyboard, he almost knocked

everything off my desk! My binoculars were right behind

him and I caught those just in time before they went onto

the floor :-) He wanted to play and LB was ignoring him so

he decided to mess with me :-) Pets are such a good thing

for someone that is house bound. Id love to have a dog too,

but I just worry about letting a dog outside. Donnie goes

by Dawn's every day to let Jerky out and plays with him..
Donnie even had a overnight visit for the dog..:-) Jerky and

the cat had a good time.. Donnie said his kittie is VERY

whiney and cries all the time. I told him shes lonely and he

needs another cat.. They arent solitary animals..Cats like

a friend to play with.. That's why I have 2.... Maybe 3..if I

don't see a baby kittie I will be ok.. But if Penny brings one

of Kathys babies here I think I might have a hard time

giving it back :-)
We are having a rainy day today and it just makes every

thing so green.. All the leaves are out on the trees.. This

side tree here is a big maple.. but I fear it may have some

problems.. Look at both trunks you can see some bare

spots that I'm wondering if it has gotten hit by lightening

before.. Steve said that's what happened across the street

when that guy over there was working on his.. They have 6

kids there and 4 dogs :-) A merged family I guess.. Hers

his and theirs :-) Like my neighbor, Peggy back in Elkhart..
She had her 3 , John had his 2 and then they had 1.. Like

my sister and I .. we talk about HER sister and HER mom,

like I talk about mine.. Then we talk about OUR mom and

US being sisters.. :-) Shirleys sister is a lot- ALOT nicer

than mine, Gayle.. she lives in Hawaii and I have not been

in touch with her since 90 .. since my mother died.. Its a

story I don't talk about or tell.. Its a very sad one... and

NOT worth the telling.. I very seldom even write her

name OR think about her anymore.. and its for the best!

Penny came today and she made us some sandwich spread.

We used ring baloney and sweet pickle relish and salad

dressing.. It is SO good.. I put it on some club crackers

Penny did a good job.. Rebecca called today too and she

will be coming next week.. She says all is well and not to

worry.. she was a tad surprised at the fact CMH has NOT

replaced Theresa after all this time .. I am too, I don't

think the problem is that they cant find anyone but that

the budget cuts they cant afford to hire anyone.

Things seem to be mellowing out and I am VERY glad.. I

think just stepping back and waiting for things to work out

on their own sometimes is the best thing to do. The few

things I am hoping to get done I'm sure they will.. like the

deck out back and fixing the flowers. I AM keeping a

watch on my TV though it sure isnt up to par.. I noticed

last nite the picture didn't seem right.. kinda fuzzy. I cant

complain about this TV though its been very good to me.
And Ive had it for 8 years. It belonged to a Dearie at the

Hellhome and was given to me when she passed, I have her

quilt too. Gladys is never far from me. She WAS a Dearie..

I don't have to put here that I'm hungry today since Ive

already had lunch :-) But I have some sewing to do and I

have to get it done by Friday when Penny comes back so

she can mail it for me, so I need to get this GORGEOUS
WEEBLE in motion! :-) Time for my daily "Hiya!" then its

post it and sew it :-)
