~Puter Headaches~

My computer is acting like it has a mind of its own. Its

driving me nuts! This morning I accidentally shut my

microphone off, it took me forever to get it back! I am

SO very glad GOOGLE is as smart as he is.. He sure

helps me a lot.. When I don't know what to do I ask

him.. he KNOWS!! I got it back thank goodness.. or I

wouldn't have been able to TALK :-) When I cant do

that OR HEAR.. well whats the point of having a puter

then? I didn't know for a long time about all the little

perks hidden in these things.. Like a magnifier and a

sound recorder EVEN a fax! Its automatically in them!
Just like an unzipper.. You don't need winzip and pay

for it.. I accidentally deleted mine, what I get for playin

with my settings.. I even called HP on that.. They said

I had to get win zip too.. NOT TRUE...

Every puter comes with an unzipper.. I finally found a

lady that agreed with me.. Its true. You don't have to

pay for a zipper or anything that goes into a computer.

I don't .. and I'm glad I DONT have to cuz I wouldn't

be able to afford anything.. I use all free things and I

run a spotless computer :-) Well except for the past

few days, and I THINK I know the problem.. I use

Incredimail.. which I LOVE it.. If you don't use it you

have NO idea how a real email looks.. But they are

wanting me to up grade and I upgrade NOTHING...

EVER... Its just NOT good to do sometimes.. I upgraded

my Windows media player and knocked all my other

things right off. I had to do a backup to get my old one

back. Upgrades are NOT always necessary.. for virus

scanners, yes.. I have 3 that I use faithfully.. AVG of

course, its the best AND free.. and I use spybot S&D,

and I use AdAware.. I heard about a new one called

AVAST.. I'm still checking it out.

Well, I saw last evening, while I was having my dinner,

of course my very best favorite.. Fries N' Gravy.. It

was SO good.. I honestly enjoy the daylights out of

that stuff ... :-) Anyhoway.. I was looking over at the

ramp guys house and saw he was on the porch.. I saw

a lady go around the side of the red truck I see over

there all the time that I think is the ramp guys... I

watched as he slowly went down the ramp trying to see

if he had both legs.. which- the ramp guy is a right above

knee. He went down the ramp by himself, very slowly,

and I watched as this lady put his chair in the back. You

can tell if someone is familiar with a wheelchair by the

way they handle it.. She knew what she was doing. She

knew to lift the seat up to close it.. Many don't and just

push it together.. Easier to grab the seat front and back,

pull up and blip! shes closed ! I didn't see her open it, but

since she knew how to close it I'm sure she didn't open

it the way Raelynn used to by just SITTING down on it

and letting her weight open it, which isnt good for the tires.

The weight is on the chair as its sliding open.. If you just

push down on each side of the seat it opens easily and no

damage to the wheels..

Speaking of damage to wheels.. Heres a tidbit for you of

ONE of my daily dramas.. I have a box of thumb tacks..:-)

Don't get ahead of me now... Well.. I dropped the box but

didn't pay attention that the box OPENED when it hit the

floor.. Was carpet so I heard nothing.. besides I was listening

to music :-) Well I went to go to the potty, I backed my chair

up and proceeded to the bathroom then afterwards went in

to the kitchen to get a kool aid.. When I rolled onto the floor

WITHOUT carpet.. I hear this tick tick tick.. I look down..

ya. You guessed I bet.. :-) I had thumbtacks ALL around my

front tire.. :-) AND by rolling on them.. It took a screw driver

AND Penny to get them all OUT!! See? Daily challenge :-)

Never a dull moment... :-)

We are having meat loaf for lunch.. We, as in Penny and I

have run out of new ideas to fix.. I think I need to dig out

my recipe box, I have some great casserole recipes in it

and it would be 2 meals for me if we made one of them I

have a 7 layer one that is WONDERFUL and Very tasty..

Seems every day I end my posts with a mention of FOOD..

Probly cuz its lunch time.. :-)


I had a wonderful surprise last evening too.. My oldest son,

Richard phoned to tell me Happy Moms Day.. NOW.. do I

need to tell you how good that made me feel? I was MOST

pleased. They are all well and my grandson Danny is fine :-)

Hes such a cute boy. They plan to go to see the statue of

liberty this summer.. that would be a great trip! Ive never

been to New York.. I think it would fascinating to visit there.
Momar would show me around I'm sure !! :-) Ya Momar? :-)

Time to write my GORGEOUS WEEBLE hello and bye for
