~Sweet Smell of Lilacs~ :-)

I think the smell of lilacs is one of the very best next

to fresh cut grass. :-) Penny picked some of mine from

the huge bush by the kitchen window.. They are the light

colored ones.. Down across the street they have white

ones and Penny said at her house she has the dark ones.
These, I know, smell wonderful... I have them in a very

old vase that was my mothers.. I think its a Hull or a

USA one... its old anyway and I love it.. I keep it on the

shelf above my other desk, looks empty up there now!

My peonies are almost ready to bloom out ... THEY will be

just beautiful and that bush will be covered with flowers.

I'm anxiously waiting :-)

I have to say I am glad the phantoms or what ever was

hurting so bad has stopped. I honestly think stress has

a lot to do with it..and my stress level the past month

has MORE than reached its limits.. I was telling a friend

that the other day, that sometimes I just CANT solve

issues and then I have to just roll away from them and

TRY not to think about them. Like the crap with the

grant.. I cant do anything until I know just what is up or

down or what ever.. So I push it to the back burner. Its

the only thing I can do to retain any sort of sanity or

calmness... Ive not heard from Rebecca which I AM

guessing I will this week, as its her week to pay her visit.

I will see what she says when she comes here. CMH still

hasnt replaced Theresa I guess they figure we don't

need our counselors since its been almost 6 months now.

Doesn't seem right, but I cant do anything about that..

I guess just whine and boo hoo to every one else since

I don't have a counselor now to talk to .. :-) oh well...

Ive not done a whole lot today, in fact I slept till 8:30.

I did get up at 4 though and was awake for a while

after I made a potty call.. I fell back to sleep which I

was very glad, I stayed up later hoping I would sleep

later.. If I stay in my chair to watch TV and DONT

get on the bed I can make it to maybe 11, but if I get

out of this chair and try to watch TV from my bed,

well I see about 15 minutes, doze off for 15, wake

up for 15 and do this till I just finally give up and

shut the TV off... :-)

I have no plans for the rest of the day other than doing

some sewing. I need to put the finishing touches on some

things.. I made quite a few bic lighter covers that are

really cute ! I gave one to Penny, she liked it, I'm going

to make her a matching cigarette case.. I nag at her all

the time about her smoking and seeing me you would think

it would make her or anyone stop.. Not working yet but she

has cut down I can tell that when shes here, she doesn't

smoke as much as she used to.. Penny has a birthday the 17

and my Dollys is the 23rd I THINK!! I better ask her dad to

make sure, I know I have it written somewhere in my addy

book.. I might surprise Penny with a purse to match

her case and lighter cover :-) She said she would bring one

of the babies by so I can see it.. I cant wait.. Kitties are

such precious things.. It may NOT be a good thing to see

this kittie I may not want to let Penny take it back home !
I mainly want to watch my boys with it..see what they do..
Dutch is so mean to LB its awful..LB just takes it for so long

then he attacks Dutch and the fight is on and I find clumps

of fur everywhere ! :-) Kids..

Time for lunch, and its post time.. and for this GORGEOUS
WEEBLE's "HIYA!" :-)
