I overdid yesterday and am paying for it today..This is a
very short post but this GORGEOUS WEEBLE had to

Well the first post didn't take, so here I go again...
That easy to over do thing, our mind want to get it all done, but our body is sometime slow gettig around...

Lois, just want you to know I have been keeping up with you and saying many prayers, I am so glad to know you are back home with the kitties, I know you have missed them so much- and we have missed you, many times when I have been down- you somehow have sent me something - a pic - a saying- something- that made it better- so I am saying to you- you are an insparation to so many- Thank you for all u do for others .. may you get better andstronger each day - prayers are with you from around the world

So sorry to hear yesterday was a bad day for you sweetie, but it is so hard NOT to overdo things when we feel a wee bit better i know.

Pretty good day today and I can feel myself getting stronger, and my appetite is coming back and thankfully the nausea has gone THAT I am most grateful for...
