~That Kind OF Day~

Today was kind of a down day...I had to call about my cable..I got my bank statement and apparently they took out their pay ment twice...Wasnt that nice? Good thing I had a few dollars in there or I could have been in serious trouble..Then when I said I wanted that 105 dollars back they said NO..its been credited to your next months bill..you only owe us 21.oo for March...Someone sure doesnt do a very good job there I'll tell ya...This is Comcast now... So I'm talking to this lady..she says "you want to remember that May 1st your special premium runs out and your cable and internet monthly bill will go up to $116.oo ..a month!!!! I almost had another PMP moment you know??? I couldn't believe what she was sayin...So she and I went round and round a few times..about this..I dont know why they didnt tell me..She said it would have just automatically gone into that bigger payment..that I needed to remember to phone AGAIN before the first of May... *sigh*. So I have 6 weeks left of cable tv..I can still have the internet.. she said that will run me over 45.oo a month...which was about what I was paying before...All I will be missing is the cable television..I loved it..but I just cant do that...Almost 120 a month? no ..I told her that.. You would think they would tell people..If they did I sure dont remember..which when it comes to that kind of stuff ..well I usually remember lol...I sure dont want to give up cable internet ..this spoils you so bad .. Comparing the speed to this and dial up..well its like a caddy to a old jalopy lol... I never did call about the renters insurance.. and I guess they dont do fire drills or anything because of the turn over of people that move in and out..Not too many of us have really been here that long...Alot are just in and out...I think there are 2 apts still empty here..well Rons isnt..(BamBams Dad) they still havent located his son or daughter to come and get his stuff .. so if no one does..they will just pack it all up and turn it over to the state...I thought was mandatory they had a contact person.. they ask ME all the time..At least Bam got a great new home.. Usually they let us know when they are going to test the fire stuff but half the time nothing works here...How can it if Chris is only allowed to spend 8 hrs a week on care and maintenance on this place? I dont see how he can do it.. Well I made out my to do list for tomorrow..and I will call about the insurance I will have to know what that will run before I can do anything else.. lol..The joys of No Frills budgets lol..I didnt eat lunch again today was really a guess what it is lunch...I will make a nice roast beef and swiss cheese sandwich..the bread Rae got is so good..She will be back tomorrow and its laundry day..She is SO nice.. I hope she never leaves..But I maybe shouldnt say that cuz then something usually happens lol..and I SURE dont wanna have to find another provider.. Im off to make my sandwich..and thanks for the wonderful comments I love reading them and thank you for all the letters too.. I really enjoy getting them..and of course answering..If I get slow..just rattle my cage a bit ..lol..I'll wake up..or yell at Dutch to wake Mom up..that cat sure knows HOW to do it, let me tell ya..that scratchy tongue on a eye lid..well trust me you OPEN it..lol...hes a good kid ..Ill keep him for awhile...
